The 200bar bottle could become a deadly bomb if connected to a 300bar compressor. We use a bauer compressor with two safety valves and two filling lines, in the event of overpressure the safety valve will release the pressure, and no harm is done.
Great video tutorial, it is also recommend to flush the compressor unit 1 to 2 minutes prior to connecting the bottles to avoid increased CO2 contents in the compressed breathing air i.e. to let the air escape into the surroundings through the filling valve. I am 21 years old and also a Third Officer on Bulk Carriers (Cape Size Vessels). Safe Voyage.
Just to add something that I have noticed that hasn’t been done .You need to open drain (condensate) valve to drains the moisture from time to time during charging.
Is not comon find the EEBD ELSA SABRE SCOTT with less pressure or low pressure, sometimes the problem is leak in the gauge, this happen cuz the equipment is in high temperature and the oring of the gauge sufer damage for this. wen you refill any cylinder is recomend check leaks in the equipment´s valve, with soap or put inside the equipment in a fil buket with water, if you find it, send the equipment to repair, amazing video and congratulations

So this type of compressor shouldn't be use for refilling eebd 200 bar right? Unless you use additional 200 bar?

Yes yes, this is correct. Also drain the condensate to avoid water content on the compressed air.

You fill up to the safe working capacity of your cylinder. the gauge at the cylinder and the compressor should be the same.
