    Don't listen to those picking holes in what you do, it's your allotment, your channel, your life - you do you! Can't wait to see the herb garden finished, what a great idea! Jealous of your rhubarb, it doesn't grow over here, I soooo miss my crumbles lol. Hope Mick is doing well. xx

    Bodge or not Sarah, you achieved what you wanted. Once your boxes are painted they will look great. My hubby made some about 4 years ago for herbs and they are still going strong. So i think that was a job well worth doing.
    Your stone path looks lovely. Thats a job you can spread over a period of time. Buying a bag of stones when you can. Having paths that don't get riddled with mud is a definite bonus.
    Well done with your efforts, things are really coming together. As for tiding 😂 it'll get done, when it irritates you enough.

    I live in Canada and I feel like I live in the UK. Rain, rain , rain. Although for us it’s good, helps with forest fires that are horrendous here. Love your channel, it makes me happy..

      Thank you . We had 3 days of sun and now it’s throwing it down . I really need to get my sunflower seeds in I may just go over later in the rain just to get them in

    Cardboard boxes would be good up under the green thingy, cardboard absorbs water and also leaks when soaked and it's biodegradable 🙂...you did a great job on the herbal pallet ❤...

    You do you! This is your happy place. Fascinated you have to have a separate place to play gardener. Creative outlet. Put some caulk along the plastic before screwing was all I would have done differently. Have fun!

    I was so confused on the pallet until I realized you were working on the bottoms and will flip it over to hold the herbs lol... Great thinking, and the wood may rot but I think it will last a few seasons actually.

    I love your northern lass accent Sarah! Now that’s a reet posh storm strap. I had to use my tights whilst camping with the kids last summer 😂

      Lol tights come in handy for so many things don’t they lol the thick strap came with the screw in pegs I had to join 3 together as not really for the poly tunnel

    It’s ok if it rots,it is biodegradable,wood comes out of the ground & it will go back into the ground!You are such a fantastic critical thinker,live & learn as you move along!❤

    It will be fun to do again when it needs it (whisper=dont say rot) its always fun to redo projects... why just do some once and have them last forever?...thats a bit boring...and pottering and redoing and planning is relaxing.

      Lol I think it would only count the first watch on the same device but great either way I think you need to watch them twice to get the true value of it anyway

      I plan on giving it to anyone who wants it . I don’t eat it . My mum always used to make rhubarb crumble

      Yeh it will all get done in the end , planter is a good idea , did need to stand in that bit and kneel to sow the next lot of seeds but I could go in from the side I guess
