That was a fabulous video, thanks for sharing Tim. Those views are absolutely astonishing. That is one really impressive wheel. Yet another reason to visit the lovely Great Yarmouth.
I’ve been watching your Great Yarmouth videos all weekend. Have family in GY and summer holidays in GY until I was about 14. Last visited in 2002. Your videos have made me want to book a weekend to revisit all these places again. Whenever I see the tower I always remember my nana telling me that there was a ballroom at the top of the tower back in the 50’s/60’s. Apparently her sister and brother in law use to run it.
I`m not great on hights myself and just watching this video i`m getting a little wobbly. Taking one for the team Tim, you are a star. Great video and thanks for the upload.
Tim, what a fantastic addition to the sea front in Yarmouth, it looks so majestic, it looks like it really belongs there, fabulous views and beautifully filmed, thanks for sharing Tim, very much appreciated ❤️😀👍
What a view!! I really don’t like heights but it seems a smooth ride. I would have to consider a ride on that though just for the views. Lovely .. thanks Tim🎡
Great video, look forward to going on the wheel when we next visit Great Yarmouth, Good to see the marina centre is coming on really well. Thanks Tim. 👍
Great views Tim. It all looked very safe with it being enclosed. I was on a ferris wheel that was located on Dam Square in Amsterdam a couple of years ago, man that was scary. It was open chairs and with the wind blowing hard, I thought I was going to pass out with fright at the top with the wheel doing it's obligatory stop and the chair swinging, I was clutching my hubbys hand so tight. He thought it was highly amusing, I did not. Couldn't wait to get off. That looked great though. Thanks for the video.
Tickets for the giant wheel are £8 for adults, £6 for children and £23 for a family ticket. There are also discounts available for those who purchase tickets online.
Gtreat video Tim, the views are super, I thought I was scared of heights but when I went on the London Eye it just wasn’t frightening so this is fine too I’m sure , don’t miss out on a treat everyone x
Hi Tim ! looks really good amazing views. I'm hoping to come up to great Yarmouth in July so I'll give the big wheel a go . Thanks for sharing with us as always love Tracey 💕 Xxxx
Wow that's amazing, as you say great views. Didnt know it toured around the country. Looked scary at the very top Tim, you did well to go to up to the door with your cam.
Interesting... I went on here last week and last June and it seems to have slowed down considerably and only does 2 revolutions- going around the OTHER way. This year, there's a 60m Sky Swing ride where the bungee was. Much as I love a sky swing, I'm glad we went up sixty metres in comfort as it was a tad breezy! 🥶🤣 Also, I'm sure the wheel is much taller than the Oasis/Atlantis tower at 60m. If you look on the horizon West, you can see the two radio towers at Stoke Holy Cross! That's some distance!
Brilliant little video Tim many thanks, as I've been on the shielding list for the best part of a year, if it hadn't of been for you and Gaby going off on all these walks everywhere, I probably wouldn't have had any exercise at all ? I'll be staying at Seashore for a week from the 23rd April so might bump into you then, take care and regards to Gaby too.
Im also afraid of heights but i went on this last time it came to Yarmouth years ago and loved it. wish i could have another go. Thank you for sharing x
Great Vid Tim I am in Great Yarmouth on Holiday at the moment in my caravan park do you know Tuddenham.Caravan Park on California Road that’s were i am staying.

Brilliant Tim ..such great place to spend a day at gt Yarmouth & ride on the big wheel ride ..how much did it cost to go on .I am definitely having go on it regardless expensive per person in that cabin on your own ..cheers again for you tube video 👍🏻🤜🏻🤛🏻brilliant mate .
It's not the same one, I believe this one is 65ft tall, taller than the old one, I also think the old one was placed in parallel to the road, instead of perpendicular to it like it has been this time round

On a quest to watch all of the videos?
Your spoilt tim never had those doors on in 1970 when my dad used to swing the seats back ward and forward while people were getting of on the bottom
Blimey
2023 got us 2 revolutions for £8 each
Thanks.. I check the video out later... I pop on when the masks are gone (21st June). BUT....NO lights after Dark ?..shame...if its true ?
no lights?
Cable cars are bad enough let alone a big wheel. 😂
wimp
😯😯
How much is it ? London eye £30 per adult
£8 pound
The dislikers of your videos are total saddos. This nasty "dislike" feature needs to be disabled by YT.
