Her brother is definitely the mastermind behind all of Tay's entire life. He seems like a piece of work. I remember that one BTS video where he kept grilling her on how to act and what to say in a video they were making. It got to the point where she ended up crying from just being yelled at to do this and that. It's not a surprise that the brother is trying to make the dad look bad for wanting all of that to stop. Honestly, with how terrible their parents are, I'm willing to give him the benefit of a doubt. Imo the best theory is the dad doesn’t want her online as has been the case since he got custody and the brother’s mad cause he was the mastermind behind exploiting her. So he stirs the pot constantly says the dad and ig now parents are victimizing her by not letting him continue the exploitation because maybe he thinks it’ll blow up enough for something to happen or it’s a way to make something off o her like with the go fund me. It just makes 0 sense that we’re meant to believe that this kid’s dream is the stuff she was being forced to do despite so much evidence of her being in distress or smoking weed at 9. We as a society need to come together and stop making kids famous like this. The kid gets the brunt of the hate, even Eminem was dissing Lil Tay, while the abusive adults around her pocket the money. All because we fell for a viral scheme that enabled those adults.

Her brother is definitely the mastermind behind all of Tay's entire life. He seems like a piece of work. I remember that one BTS video where he kept grilling her on how to act and what to say in a video they were making. It got to the point where she ended up crying from just being yelled at to do this and that. It's not a surprise that the brother is trying to make the dad look bad for wanting all of that to stop. I'm sure the dad isn't exactly the best person either but if I had to point at the worst offenders in this situation it's Tay's mom and brother. I also wouldn't be surprised if her brother set this all up with the death thing.

She has. It’s likely what’s beyond all this. The brother forced her to do the whole lil tay persona and the mom was complacent. It stopped because the dad got custody and wanted her off the internet. Since the brother has been claiming the dad’s abusive and now allegedly is saying now it’s both and they’re both victims when they’ve not been in the same household for years, her parents aren’t together, and it’s not even confirmed that’s he’s the brother’s dad as well. Imo the best theory is the dad doesn’t want her online as has been the case since he got custody and the brother’s mad cause he was the mastermind behind exploiting her. So he stirs the pot constantly says the dad and ig now parents are victimizing her by not letting him continue the exploitation because maybe he thinks it’ll blow up enough for something to happen or it’s a way to make something off o her like with the go fund me. It just makes 0 sense that we’re meant to believe that this kid’s dream is the stuff she was being forced to do despite so much evidence of her being in distress or smoking weed at 9. And what kind of child abuse case would end with it being said that the ending stipulations aren’t jail and her being with a relative but with her being given an instagram account back and chilling with her brother who is on record exploiting her. It’s likely why he only uses old pictures of her, there’s agreements to keep her out of press or whatever directly and maybe that’s why the dad didn’t say anything. As soon as we actually know even just how she looks currently she will be tracked down and posted everywhere. It’s also the only reason I can think of as to why the brother wouldn’t post pictures of her currently looking sad or something for more sympathy. Since the dad’s been involved she’s been offline and the exception has ONLY been drama and abuse allegations from the account only her brother has had access to.

We gotta get some laws in place for kids like Lil Tay. It’s ridiculous with how parents act when their kids get fame. Parents need to be investigated also. Look at the Disney, Nickelodeon and all the child stars and how they grew up. Parents need to be punished for messing up their kids.

Honestly I’m just happy the fact that Clair is still alive, and well but that’s all that counts people really need to remember, and understand that she’s just a kid being used by her awful parents for exploiting her, using her for clout chasing, and attention It’s actually disgusting, and kind of scary what her parents did to her. And let's hope that her parents get investigated, and hold themselves accountable for there awful actions. And let’s hope that Clair gets some justice out of this tragic situation that she truly deserves.
