Mikel, big up brother. But l have to disagree on Poch, he squandered a good chunk of the season busy shooting himself on the foot and it wasn't even the injuries then. The injuries later forced him to settle on a first eleven, which ended benefiting the team.

Obi Mikel. Looking back, this dude was underrated. Like he made over 92% of his passes and he comes in and destabilize midfield. Legedary.
And never gets dispossessed, never! Super attributes for a midfielder. People want the flashy stuff but those who really understand football will appreciate what Mikel gave to the team!
He done his job just like Makalele and Kante did. He was fortunate enough to be on field around world class players.

He was bang average and lived on the bench. His pass completion was always sideways or back. I like him a lot more now on this podcast because you can see the personality. As a baller, I hated when he came on.

The more I watch obi podcast the more I understand the kind of player he was. Obi was the "4" for 120 minutes against Bayern's demons. Mikel was also there against Barca.... This Chelsea fc board decisions keep making me wonder, if you don't allow the manager to buy the kind of player's who fit their plans, how will they execute their plans on ways they play properly, this is destroying the atmosphere of the club, because the players know the manager is not the one in charge, and when the wins don't come, the fans will turn against the coach, this is not a good idea on how run a football club.
It is Chelsea....I couldn't agree more Obi....Whoever in Chelsea MUST have winning mentality in every game whether he/she play or not. I also agree for positions needs to improve,yes jackson is a striker but he didn't score a lot of goal we need, we must spend a lot to sign a "goal guaranted" striker, a couple world class centre back,and a "general" who can control in and off field. I think we could sell disasi as he is not a centre back we need ( too many wrong decisions he made last season,wrong passing,blunder, etc despite he score a goal too).We have wesley fofana and badiashile in the back but that's not enough. I believe mudryk need to treat properly in order to get the best of him, yes he made an improvement under pochetino near of end of last season but i think he can improve a lot next season. We have Datro fofana in striker division but he need more playing time and adjustment before he become a good striker.
How about u buy the club in other to make those decisions, until then this Ur opinion is not needed

MUdryk's hair is not his problem. It's his confidence after playing under so many managers with bizarre tactics. I think he'll come good and if Chelsea sell him it'll come back to haunt us in a similar way that Sarah and KDB did. I hope we get Osimhen or Alvarez. Regardless of what people think of them or the price involved either would be a massive upgrade for us. Hope we get some of the players we're linked with like Olise, Alphonso Davies, Pickford and De Ligt too, and sell 10 players.

In my opinion top 4 and win conference league and long run in the carabo and fa cup is a success compare to last season. We can't be delusional and expect us to challenge after previous few seasons but we need to show progression to keep us fans on board. And then next season we reevaluate the objectives. Ideally push on from a top 4 finish and atleast challenge
