I’m having the same issue, after this recent update any car I add including replacement vehicles won’t show up in the game but before the update all my cars even add ons worked right
I followed everything you said but whenever I tried to add the game config and the dlc packs it doesn't let me add them in the open iv, even with editing mode on

it wont let me copy the game config over now matter what, i have the three api things installed and sill wont let me
I just figured it out. When you are in the loction he shows click add a new file up top in openiv
@realtorchris614 I also figured out from a reddit post that if you drag it onto your desktop and then into openiv it also works

i have all 3 API downloaded but i still cant add gameconfig
