New Coffee (Exemplar, Brazil) Pt.1 | Trying to hit the ground running on dial in first shot

In this video I pull a first shot of a newly opened coffee and try my best to hit the ground running with a good first shot, getting on my way to dialing it in, whilst showing a little of my workflow and discussing starting parameters for this newly opened coffee.
