Watching this I just can’t believe how Eminem continues that rhyme scheme from beginning of his verse “the thought of retiring” to paint such a horrid and amazing picture with wordplay and bars, to end his verse with the same 6 syllable scheme while still barring and internal fast rhyming. This is his best verse
The Crooked I ‘I spell too much’ bar is referring to his slaughterhouse tattoo that he got where the tattooist spelled it ‘Slaghterhouse’
Whether you listen to them first or not you still pick up the most bars by far and cadence delivery, flow changes, syllable schemes then any other reactors I watch so when I need things broken down your my go to. @@alanvalencia1973 yes he did he emphasized Ark-ham Asy-lum with Park(ark) ham/in , asy/ , Lum /room he just sped it up with the extra syllables with perfect timing to make it some how rhyme .. rhyming doesn’t have to be perfect but it’s the way he annunciates words and stresses the vowels.. Arkham asylum is 5 syllables and park in the dining room is 6 but sped up “in the” to make it fit in the scheme

EM almost always covers himself with the schemes he creates. Yes, Vader would still be dangerous without his saber which is why EM ended the structure stating “..with the Dark Knight on a dark night with his arms tied up..”. (I know Star Wars fans will argue / state that the force can still be channeled but I can’t think of a time the force was used in a devastating way when a Jedi’s hands / arms were restricted)
And yes, the English language can be complicated when applying it to rap.. others will argue that the arms of the Dark Knight were tied up and not Vader’s. It wouldn’t be the first time EM said something that couldn’t be interpreted 10 different ways.
