It's kinda surreal seeing yourself get destroyed by Spookston. My heart stopped when I saw a M4 on the battlefield cuz I knew it would get the shot off first and I knew there was something up when he was decimating our team singlehandedly. The hull machine gun is covered up as well! No week zone on the Front Plate. The 500hp engine is nice too, the quickest sherman at low tier. Beast of a tank!
@@danawr45 It really isnt. Try to shoot it and enjoy 10000 non-pens and ricochets, even with panther by some reason (ESPECIALLY M51, i hate this mf and its bugged turret armor). Hull is weak and gives you one shot - one kill, and does not posses t34 bugged armor level qualities.
Same thing for me, I think it's because it loses the sherman most known weak spot, the machine gun, and at this br not every tank pens a sherman easily on front
@@Neox_ Yep plus it's 3.7 right? so it's basically a 4.0 tank playing at 3.7 without its weak spot. Only thing is it's not got it's 50cal but the 50 cal is luxury anyway, survivability helps more surely? The only other stuff is superficial, the camo doesn't look great and it doesn't look as sexy as the other Shermans without it's machine guns.
Hey spooks! Was wondering if you would play the breda 90/53? I got to use my rental today and consistently had games of 7-9 kills minimum in it. It's insanely fun. Only thing it lacks is depression, meaning it should make for a very happy video :)

In my opinion instead of playing a specific tank in war thunder, you should throw a curveball and play some random tank game. For instance find a Roblox game with tanks and play that. Extra points if you insist that it’s just a new warthunder update. Also love the content it is the only reason I play war thunder… so on second thought you are responsible for a large amount of the pain in my life.

you should try out the Rooikat Mk.1D! -76mm apfsds is pain 76mm apfsds is pain 76mm apfsds is pain- i mean uh 76mm apfsds always one shots everything, kills crew members when hitting them directly 100% of the time, never disappears randomly, never bounces off of anything, and never fails to explode ammo after hitting it directly

After doing some digging, I realised you havent done a video on the 75/46 M43, and I think you would enjoy it. You will absolutely not regret playing the 75/46 M43 (Its a gremlin-small vehicle with surprisingly good gun-handling and enough armour on the superstructure to tell alot of smaller guns to go home and sleep it off)

I love this tank, getting the trifecta of major power mediums is really fun. I recommend trying the IKV103 and taking it into higher tiers. A little broken as 16 degrees of depression and 400mm pen heatfs at 4.0 but being really squishy

Spookston you should play the Eland 90 Mk.7 from the British tech tree its everything you love, being fast, small and just very funny, the only downside is the 90mm heat doesn't like to do damage sometimes
@@davidty2006 Well...other churchills with 76mm cannon could (historically and in wt) use american ammo. 4.7 one even has m61 shell from us, but it doesnt have a filler by some reason.
Of all the Shermans, this one's probably the best since it doesn't have the massive gaping weakspots on the front of the tank like most Shermans do. These things were horrendous to fight against when you're playing with T-34s, it's like seeing your imminent doom rapidly approaching you.

Day 11 You should play a tank with hydropneumatic suspension (recommend the MBT-70) But the catch is you have to drop the suspension as low as it can go for the whole match.
Hey, nice. I gave WT a try recently and this is the premium I allowed myself to buy just to help skip some stock grinds and such. It's got surprisingly good armor. The gun is so-so in regards to velocity and penetration, but when it rips it really rips.

I only ever seem to have luck with properly busting barrels while playing Britain and aim for barrels as my opening shot pretty often if the enemy knows my position. Maybe solid shot just works better at breaking them or something
i think it would be fun to see Spookston play the KV-2 but with the G-530 shell, which is very funni. And maybe an updated video of the Centurion Mk.5 AVRE/FV4005, cause big BESH round is basically a nuke fired from a cannon.
As a Germany main he genuinely scares me. Especially the Swedish and premium Sherman’s. They are my worst nightmare. The reloading rate makes me panicky every time and I end up choking my shots 😭
My fav tank in game is the Chi-He, got 7-13 kills in 4 games (losing about 18) but still its so much fun when it works, that Japanese 57 just does work
genuinely my favorite sherman variant, probably the best of the ones armed with the 75mm. another really good amazing perfect vehicle that gets so many kills is the ratel 90, which i think you should play

I'm literally wearing Raycon E25s right now. I hate the awareness mode and reliability tends to crap out when thr battery gets low. But they're pretty inexpensive for the audio quality you get and they are incredibly comfortable.
Spookton, some people hate the Sherman because it has a dreadful spading experience. Unspaded the hull traverse is terrible any movement other than a straight line slows you to a crawl. It's a really nice tank fully spaded but some people get a bad impression early on.
Now we have to give him a bad vehicle to offset how good he's been doing something like.... idk the late American M60s You see, it's a double bad because 1 American teams and 2 late pattons
It's honestly pretty sad that the US doesn't get all of its OWN variants of its vehicles. Like the M4A2 with the Jackson turret slapped on to it, or the M4A1 75 with the improved turret, etc. Like, I get it would be a shit ton of Shermans to research but they'd still be optional vehicles.
You will probably not see this but try to play the Swedish IKV-72. It is at 1.3 or 1.7, is faster than a Bt5 (35 mph instead of 33), has a great 75mm, and much more. It is a case mate, but this is mitigated by the fact that it has 20 degrees of elevation and depression. Also, don’t forget that it has a very fast neutral steer system. If you do this, thanks.
5:30, hey spookston, seeing that you love 3rd person shots so much, maybe u should try a challenge where u have to get kills only in 3rd person. You can go into gunner view and range find or whatever, but when you fire you must be in 3rd person.
Swedish Sherman weirds me out man, it's like an uncanny valley Sherman for me. It looks so close to being one, but the lack of the M2, periscopes on the driver/hull gunner hatches, lack of a hull MG, and the M34 mount (which has always weirded me out for some reason) just makes it feel so weird to look at. The ironic part is that I personally feel like Herman (the German Sherman) feels the most Sherman of them all. Has the 75, the 50 cal, the M34A1 mount, and no mud guards around the tracks. And yes, this was just as confusing to write as it probably is to read.

The British captured two panther tanks during ww2 they where named Cuckoo and Deserter.

Fun fact. The Swedish M4 is the first M4A3 in War thunder to have the Small turret and a 75. This is due to it having the Ford GAA engine

When I played the 75s it was a bliss, then I got the 76 and got 15 kills in like the 2nd match. The stabiliser is just that much of an actual hack.

The Sherman the perfect middle ground and tun tank to play.
It's honestly pretty sad that the US doesn't get all of its OWN variants of its vehicles.
Like the M4A2 with the Jackson turret slapped on to it, or the M4A1 75 with the improved turret, etc.
Like, I get it would be a shit ton of Shermans to research but they'd still be optional vehicles.
Shermans are so fun to play,its like the T-34 and PZ IV mixed into the perfect war machine

You will probably not see this but try to play the Swedish IKV-72. It is at 1.3 or 1.7, is faster than a Bt5 (35 mph instead of 33), has a great 75mm, and much more. It is a case mate, but this is mitigated by the fact that it has 20 degrees of elevation and depression. Also, don’t forget that it has a very fast neutral steer system. If you do this, thanks.
5:30, hey spookston, seeing that you love 3rd person shots so much, maybe u should try a challenge where u have to get kills only in 3rd person. You can go into gunner view and range find or whatever, but when you fire you must be in 3rd person.

Swedish Sherman weirds me out man, it's like an uncanny valley Sherman for me. It looks so close to being one, but the lack of the M2, periscopes on the driver/hull gunner hatches, lack of a hull MG, and the M34 mount (which has always weirded me out for some reason) just makes it feel so weird to look at. The ironic part is that I personally feel like Herman (the German Sherman) feels the most Sherman of them all. Has the 75, the 50 cal, the M34A1 mount, and no mud guards around the tracks.
And yes, this was just as confusing to write as it probably is to read.
