1 cup of sugar (200g)
1/2 cup of light corn syrup (160g)
1 cup of peanuts (raw or dry roasted)(150g)
1/8 tsp of salt
1 Tbsp of butter, unsalted or salted (15g)
3/4 tsp of baking soda (3g)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Equipment/Tools:
Medium to Large Microwave-Safe bowl
Spatula
Sheet pan
Parchment paper or silicone baking mat, or use butter or cooking spray
Candy thermometer or instant-read meat thermometer
