We were in Abisko National Park years ago and saw many hikers on the Kungsleden trail. We no longer have the power for such a hike and admire everyone who undertakes this tour.
Wonderful footage. Thanks for sharing with us. Greetings from Germany, take care

Hej Bob. Looking forward to your upcoming videos. Thanks for doing this. I’m heading to Sweden in the summer. Done a lot of research already but really appreciate your insights. Cheers from 🇨🇦 Tack

Sounds great! Let me know if you have any questions you think I might be able to help with. I’ve been to Sweden many many times. I speak the language.

Thanks very much. This will be my third time to Sweden but first time to northern Sweden. Very handy that you speak Swedish👍🏻 For me, it’s work in progress. Learning the language is a nice show of respect and also very interesting. Not just Swedish but also Sami. ordered your book too

@Cary-cgc98 thanks! I’d welcome any feedback on the book too. I need to update it soon. I can’t wait to go back to hike Kungsleden again.
I’m going next fall/winter to stay at the Ice Hotel near Kiruna and to see the northern lights.

I suppose there are no pesky critters to worry about when it comes to having to hang your food? (Since trees seem scarce).

I was totally shocked. People sleep with their food in their tent. The pesky critters tend to stay away from the people. They have not gotten so used to people that they see us as a source of food. It violates all of the training I have done, and all the training I have given!
I slept with my food. I even ate two meals in there one day. I talk about it more in my book. I hiked a 20 mile day in the rain because there was no place to set up a tent because everything was flooded. I ended up just staying in my tent the next day until about noon.
