You’re very welcome, Elisa. Hope you found it helpful. 🙂
Thanks for sharing this. I once knew how to do the wrap for the loops so the wire met flush in the middle but since I learned to solder, I haven't made any loops. I've also used this method with a different hook style and totally forgot how to make it neat like this so, again... THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!👍 ❤ 🙂
You are very welcome! 🤗 So glad the video was helpful.

Thank you Sandy, that's so useful. I have a mandrel on my wish list, I think it needs to move up several slots, I have a long wish list lol. Blessings to you and yours
Yes, it's one of those tools you can manage without for a while, but it sure makes things much easier! Blessings to you, too. :-)

Glad you like it, Kim. Happy creating!
Thank you Sandy! I really like being able to make something I would otherwise have to spend money on. Not only that, it adds to the hand crafted aspect of the piece. How would the strength of sterling silver be for a closure like this? Is is softer? I want to make silver ear wires too.
I'd suggest using half hard wire if you are concerned about strength. That and light hammering will make it stronger.
Thank you!
Your video is super good
