I FIXED IT! BUT THIS VIDEO WASNT THE SOLUTION... After spending a whole day trying to find a solution for this, I solved my issue by simply Updating Windows in System Settings. My guess is that I had a virus that had disabled my Windows Security.
Search for System Settings in the taskbar and click Check For Updates. I Installed the latest update (took over an hour) and it fixed my Windows Security issue by updating it to newer and non corrupted version.
I hope this comment finds the people that need it

bhai meine "ocean of games" site se assasin creed 1 download kiya aur extract kar diya, wo folder mein aak file thi "antivirus disable" meine wo file ko install kar liya aur on kar liya uske baad se window security mein kuch nahi aan raha hai aur meine sari method try kar li kuch nahi ho raha even "run as administrator" bhi work nahi kar raha aur pc reset bhi nahi ho raha bhai abhi batao mein kya karo???😭

First method: Services > Windows Security Services > SecurityHealthService > Startup Type is GREYED OUT at MANUAL.
Second method: Windows Security > Reset WORKED (√). Third method: Registry Editor > Start > Value was ALREADY set at 2.
So, I didn't restart computer. Let's hope it works. I don't know why Startup types are greyed out in Services.
Everyone who see installe new window this is the right solution for all this problem.
When i try to change 4 to 2 i get an error message saying 'Cannot edit start. error writing the values new content.' What could be causing this issue?
If it doesn't work, just reset your pc (keep your files) and then re install windows from cloud option

On my there is not that option it's WSearch
"wscsvc" folder is not listed in my machine
