Going to be buying every accessory for this wallet I can. I hope they have something to fold over the badge. First to hide it second to protect it against damage.

@@dangoproducts LOVE IT! Had to order a smaller id for my department so it would fit but absolutely wasn't a issue in my mind to have to do that. This product is nice and heavy feels durable enough to get into a fight with if it came to it and not worry while your wearing it. The wallet is stretched to the max and I don't feel like anything is going to tear apart I swear I could swing this around and nothing would move or fly out best wallet I've owned in the past 20 years so since I first put a wallet in my back pocket basically as a kid. I wish my department issued these.

I totally agree with William. It would be nice to have badge hidden and protected and to show when needed.

I wonder why this product doesn't have a mark that it is made in USA.
Some companies are so proud to put it in their product.
Or maybe it's just assembled in the US that's why they are not allowed to say made in the US.
You can only read designed in California which is typical for chinese made assembled in the USA.

It would be nice to be able to conceal the badge and only show it when you need to.

Definitely would like this but would it fit a 7 point star badge? and I do hope there's something to fold over the badge to hide it.

Yes! The badge adapter is for a number of different badges including a 7 point star badge! Hope this helps!

I have a huge question. Is there any method you have found to put the shield in without removing all those little screws? I want this wallet so bad but can’t justify all that work to put my shield on my shirt every day

    • @stannis768

@TuNit- Unfortunately not. In order to secure the badge to the wallet chassis it has to be screwed to it. I can see how this is a hassle for those who have to adorn their badges on an actual uniform. However, I believe this setup is more for those with “plain clothes” or “undercover” detail. For me, my agency uses cloth badges sewn onto the uniform, so my “hard badge” is something for off-duty carry or to be worn for a “class A” or dress uniform (with the latter not being to often). So, the wallet works good for my situation.

@@stannis768 when you have her badge holder assembled, does it take away from the storage of the wallet? Also does it make it hard to keep in your pocket with it on? Basically do you have to take it off At the end of the shift or do you leave it on?

@@ReadytoRetire112 - My uniform pants have cargo pockets like BDU pants, I’m able to place the wallet in one the leg pockets without issue. With the wallet “loaded” (badge, credit cards, cash, license, etc..) it does add bulk to the wallet. A “loaded” wallet will not fit in the pockets (front or back) of standard designed jeans. I never wore my wallet in my pants pockets (off duty) so this doesn’t bother me. Off duty, I carry a small single sling style bag, which carries my firearm and badge wallet. My agency requires me to carry a gun, badge, and agency credentials, when I’m off duty. All in all, it’s an “okay” wallet. The finish overtime will “flake off,” or chip...giving it a “vintage look” lol...but the integrity of the wallet is solid. I hope this helps.

@@stannis768 yes it does thanks. I was looking at this model, but hesitant to buy due to that issue. I was wanting something thinner than a traditional wallet, and the badge holder seemed ideal. I work plain clothes so I wanted to be able to hang my badge when needed and then shove it in my pants pocket when not on my neck. Sounds like this would be too thick for a pair of khakis but ok with some 5.11 or cargo pants. Thanks for the input. Do you feel it was worth that price?

    • @stannis768

@@ReadytoRetire112 - It’s expensive. I’m on the fence on whether or not it’s worth it. I’ve had mine for over year and it has held up with the exception of the blue coating “chipping” in some areas (not excessively bad but there are some spots). If they would of used a cerakote type coating would of been more durable. I loaded mine up. I have at least 8 CC, a driver’s license, medical insurance card, and a few bills (cash). Now keep in mind, I elected not use or store the “tool” for the wallet to save space (bulk). Besides, the tool stores inside of the wallet and you have to empty the wallet to slide it back in to place (not worth keeping it in the wallet IMO).
