Can easily reduce your cost of living by 50% (with a bigger house + a nice car) by moving over to Johor. And if you are not a SG citizen or SPR, you can even drive Malaysian car into SG too.
Hi Koala, It seems like so many people want to go to Singapore to visit or live. I see a lot of RUclips Digital Nomads who have moved to Bali too. It's all seems very $ money driven. Thanks for sharing the fascinating interview.
@@TheKrazyKoala Hi Koala, I tried to list a lot of it on my LI profile. I don't use Instagram or Facebook. But, if you would like, we can connect on LI. I only lived in Cali for about 4 years. I think Hollywood was just something that I had to experience at some point in life. Best wishes on your ventures.
hello of course. my country visited map is in my Nauru story highlight in IG, you can check out my IG. and this youtube is for my travel channel, but haven't posted armenia yet. www.youtube.com/@KoalaTravelSolo
The National Flower of Singapore is named after an Armenian Ashkhen Hovakimian (Agnes Joaquim), called The Vanda Miss Joaquim. See Wikipedia. There is also an Armenian Community and there is a big Armenian Church behind The Funan Mall right in downtown Singapore.
Of cos ppl like max have saved alot then can be so confident planning to stay here while kids on private school ...only the rich can do that ... some waited PR for years ...how they survive? Not only salary bu t has assets behind...thats for sure
Here my 2 cents of thoughts for Max, try to realign or shift away from the nomad domain as the main income source as self-employed for your next PR application unless you can park or build a significant asset here.
@@TheKrazyKoala Caveat for self-employed or entrepreneur, shift to an income that is localized, corporately structured with tangible assets that provide employment, and contribution to CPF will elevate the qualification. Not mobile that is easily uprooted like a typical nomad cos SG does not envisage itself as a nomad haven like Bali.
Just thinking abstractly, if one Koala can bring much positivity, empowerment and inspiration, how much greatness can a Koala family bring. Having one good thing too many can be wonderful. I apologize if i sounded intrusive on koala's privacy. The imported leaves (things we consume suit our taste) and minimum 1km radius land size (basic necessity shelter, transport, schools) for "koalas" was to symbolize how expensive (cost of living) it is in Singapore and maintaining a good quality of life.

Oh really?! Only if you’re not a citizen?!
@@TheKrazyKoala yes, Singaporean and SPR is the only people in the world that cannot drive a foreigner car in its own country.
I might be coming out to visit Singapore this summer! Can’t wait!
oh cool have you been?
@@TheKrazyKoala Not yet! This will be the first time!

It’s getting harder

Have a Happy Weekend!🎉
happy weekend bong bong
He is quite rich to send both Int,sch here. Living here is still cheaper than in Uk n Au.😊
Oh haha. Yes definitely
Singapore is the best! Totally worth the price. 😂
no doubt about it!
quality of life has a price . just like quality of a product has a price. A Mercedes car quality has a higher price than a Suzuki car.
Haha you get what you pay for
Nice and funny thumbnail.
$30k per month = $360k per year for a family with 2 children to live in Singapore?? Only the top 5% of earners have that salary.
hello jobo, i don't think he said 30k. you may try listening again.
@@TheKrazyKoala 04:11 you say $30k
ruclips.net/video/navQNHSi0FM/видео.htmlsi=qAv_4OLbbXEWDM4i&t=243 SGD$20k per mth? 😳 Whoaa! I guess alot of people are indeed suffering in SG 😰
@@JoBo301 he said $20K, $30K is the safe budget.
