How long should a watts RPZ 3/4 009 M3 last for home use? Mine has had a constant drip since they built our home. I am going to take it apart thanks to your wonderful video and try to diagnose and fix the problem. It has passed annual inspections 3 times but the drip does not seem right to me.The inspector said they all drip but I don’t buy that? Thank You 🙏
Hi, I have a 2 inch single diaphragm plastic stem and my relief valve opening point a too high. The red seal or gasket is not reaching the bottom of the Backflow. Am I tightening the screws too much?
