They provide office space/meeting rooms for small businesses and are very connected with entrepreneurs. I know there is also a coffee meet up for start up companies once a month that they invite anyone to attend as well normally just after mid month.

I have a question, I have been checking my TikTok analytics and every video at least 35% of my video views is from McMinnville. It's kind of creeping me out, do you have any idea why? I can't figure it out, I'm nowhere near there and much of what you described I do not portray in my videos. If you have any ideas I'd love to hear why. Thank you for your time.
I am not sure to be honest. I know I have seen online that it was listed as the longest paved, but I am not sure in to what comparison. All being said though, being as it can accommodate private jets and is hosting again this year the Oregon International Air Show, you may be correct. (oregonairshow.com/mcminnville-event-2022/)
