Belle, thank you for sharing and know you are not alone. When Alex asked "how do you feel towards that little girl/younger self" and you replied how proud you were of her strength to keep going. Beautiful. In 65 years, I've never acknowledged that in myself. Today, now... I will. Thank you.
When what you think does not matter as much as food on the table, it's still love! However, when our feelings are not heard there is a tendency to feel a bit worthless...
"Why Surviving Trauma is a Sign of Strength" well, im still suffering every effing day, for the last 50 years or so. this means im still amidst my trauma. ive no idea if ill survive it or not, maybe ill be able to tell you about me finally having survived my trauma in a couple of decades judging by the speed of healing i managed so far. currently i feel weak and exhausted, well, literally havent survived my trauma (yet). guess ur title is right after all
These episodes are so helpful - thank you Belle and Alex for sharing them. (The URL given for the therapy page on the website doesn’t work for me. Is there another way to access the info?)

How, with so much experience, can you not know the spotlights behind you are BLINDING your viewers?
I didn't feel blinded by them, but I see what you mean and can understand that they are blinding to you.
