In the research that everyone must legitimately do, it seems important to me to understand that it is also important to acquire a social ability to manage conflicts. Thanks Amir.

As Arabian, I would try my best to settle peace in that area, sacrifices might be huge to occur through out the process, but saving lives on both aide is a tremendous thing to accomplish, it's easy to end a life, it's a struggle to keep one,

I want the killing to stop.... every life is sacred and must not be ended to realize their full contribution to the world. Yes be in their shoes and don't kill them.

An inspiring video that contains many bright and intelligent thoughts about situations in life.
I wish that such approaches would be spread worldwide as quickly as possible :)
For more insights, highly recommended Amir's great book: "Nonflict - the Art of Everyday Peacemaking"

sorry for your loss and pain. The full story of my father is that he lost 256 and his friends Including his best friend that my brother is named after. This does not compare in any way to any other loss. And I hope that you have found peace in your heart.Thank you for your feedback.Amir
