between the two i prefer the patrick ta but the tower 28 is very nice too! the tower 28 is literally kinda jelly feeling on the lips which does give a really nice plumped look but the formula of the patrick ta is amazing and the colors are just WOW (i also love the patrick ta plumpers most of all)
