- Here's my strategy for how I farmed my Mageblood from Delving this past week.

Delve 300 Farming Strategy (Details as explained and show in video)
- Horizontal at 300-350 depth
- Run Frostblink of Wintry Blast for quick movement speed or similar
- Do not go to side areas to keep runs quick
- Target the following nodes for easy Currency:
- Primeval Cities (to sustain maps and sextants)
- Vaal Cities (to sustain maps and sextants)
- Azurite Fissure Nodes
- Magma Fissure nodes for Faceted Fossils
- Humid Fissure nodes for Fractured Fossils
- Time-Lost Nodes for Glyphic Fossils
- Crystal Spire Nodes for Hollow Fossils
- Necromancer Nodes (Fractured Minions are Aggressive Sells for big money - +1 Spectre Chest - sell for 1 div a piece)
Bosses to Target Farm for specific drops:
- Crystal Kings (Aul Uprising Drops and Crown of the Tyrant)
- Vaal Achitect (Doryani's Machinarium and Curiosity Vaal Aspect)
- Don't fight Lich, boss is a waste of time
Azurite to Currency Conversion Method
- Use the Azurite to resonators and sell in [bulk at rate]/per 50 resonators - check out my guide
- Bulk sell Chaos orbs for Divs
Investment Cost to Maps:
- Rusted Sulphite Scarabs (@ 2-3choas per Scarab)
- 4 Sextant Maps and run them with Delerium
- Cost is around 13c per map which Sextants can be sustained via completing cities in Delve

Awesome video Jorgen! Just to confirm I have also brought my first mageblood with this exact same tactic, I will say if you have a more powerful build then deeper will probably be more profitable, I will keep updating my spreadsheet and letting people know but for normal players who don't get to 1500+ depth, this strategy works best. Keep up the amazing content mate

@@paulsimons769 Secret one im working on, too much Delve information based around guessing, so im running a large amount of the depths to see what realistic results are. So far, depth 350 winning ;)
you prolly wont see this, but i started delving after watching your video. and i know this is unbelievable, and this comment is not paid for. BUT I GOT MY FIRST MAGEBLOOD IN 2 DAYS OF DELVING! this is my first league too. im now confident going into next league that i can get a mageblood too! maybe not fast as other players. but there will always be hope!

BTW Kings are not Guaranteed by this is higher probability that you will find them. Still very much RNG based approach like all mechanics.

Exceptional strat, I passed too many fissures just trying to blast down and without paying attention. Was good to go back and clean them all up.

I just got over 200 depth and started finding some nice fossil nodes. Ive been moving slowly this league, but ill get there eventually!

Great post mate, I've just hit 300 depth so perfect timing. Running Boneshatter so I can't get those spicy magma nodes (that dude just hits way too hard!) but hollow fossils look the go this league anyway. Appreciate all your content, keep it coming!

I play boneshatter too, the poison slayer version and I easily facetank him in 400 depth.

@@kevstephens9399 nah jugg is great ,probably can go deeper than my slayer
Jugg is harder to get off its feet than slayer but it scales better which is why slayer is a better league starter and jugg is best if you want to stuck with a build and scale it.
I haven't focused into any of the masters this league. I was thinking with my CI DD Niko would be perfect and what do you know?
The delve master gets his league guide out to convince me.

I strongly advice to use the caster mastery to have a chance to open chests when you cast a spell.
Especially with your build Jorgen. It opens all the chests and azurite nodes you run past now. It really ups the chance for loot to drop.

Got my TS deadeye down to 300 now and have 2 crystal kings ready to be taken down just don’t have the single target for it lol! Time to lvl a new char maybe the build you put out a video yesterday on!

What happens if you die to him? can you just go back to the node and start the fight again, or is it gone?

Thanks for the video, was just aproaching 300 depth! Got some questions regarding the maps:
1. Are you running any specific sextants?
2. Why do you have mirror of delirium spawn chance on your Atlas tree if you use delirium orbs?
3. Is Wandering Path worth it, wouldn`t you get more sulphite from the Notable passives?
It's a lazy Strat for mapping. I can either use orbs or not. And sextants should focus on mob pack size.
I'm starting this, currently at depth 200 on a boneshatter, I saw from your deep delve video that you don't keep up with cart upgrades due to cost, hovering the mid 300s would you upgrade it and then spend remaining azerite on fossils? Also, thank you for all your content, playing tanks is the most fun league start I've had in my first few seasons of POE. Definitely following you forever man.
Yeah. I usually max it to around 400 or so and if I'm not going further for a while I put all my azurite into resonators from that point
I may be wrong or you may have talked about it and I missed it but there’s a fracture that’s 10% of damage taken is chaos. That sells for around a mirror

I’ve been doing the exact same thing for the past few days but at depth 500. When no sulfite, I’m running Niko + destructive play for conqueror maps.

I just use the strict/ semi-strict neversink filter
At lower depths does the loot from the cart lootsplosion get better?
What build would you recommend for delving that is ranged or at least semi-ranged? I am currently playing a MS Jugg and love the delving and doing decently, but I REALLY dislike melee builds. I especially hate having to chase ranged rares/bosses around while they're constantly running away, so that is one of the reasons why I would like a ranged or some-what ranged build. I have about 50d I can invest in gear initially. Would like to be able to do deep delving when geared; maybe hit 1k or more.

Toxic rain pathfinder is a good option
Farm the vaal boss and its east 11 to 12 divs per curiosity drops
Is it even really worth it to do Vaal and Primeval cities if maps aren't something you care about? I feel like most of the maps that drop are low tier anyway and they take a good amount of time.
selling the fossils and resonators is better imo. the ratio is often better and u dont have to buy divs with chaos. Alot of people also prefer to buy bulk items with div which is the reason why the ratio is better.
Could you say a bit more about why a 4 sextant map helps you gain sulphite back more quickly?
Map quality dies, sextants are mainly for more return on the map itself. Though the goal is making profits from delve
When you run out of Sulphite, how many maps do you run before going back to Delving?
I currently have my max Sulphite at 30,000 since I am able to get close enough to that cap in 4 maps so I just add my 4 use sextants and do 1 rotation before Delving again. I was just curious how you do it.

Yeah. There's a zombie father build if you yt it, can get pretty far on delve

Yep, there is no cooldown so flat cast speed works for this one
Just dropped my first vaal curiosity in depth 85 in necropolis league and sold it for 9 divs

Try poe.ninja, filter for occultist and set it to delve depth. I thinking there was a blight build that was pushing to 1k depth.
i just dont get who would buy aul uprising i understand for purity of element and envy but the rest.. who cant fit vitality on their sockets

Average boneshatter at 1k depth has 600k+- ehp. Im not sure there is a way to make LA build even close to these numbers

wtf am I doing wrong. Im at depth 460 and started going sideways because Im not seeing a point in going further. currency gains are piddles when it comes down to it. I sell resonators and fossils of course but its nothing compared to a juice mapper and it would take me weeks at this rate to get a Mageblood.
Went too deep. That's why I go 300-350, cheaper and quicker, higher probability to running into king's if you abje to travel further. Map juicers are defs gonna make more, but huge setup cost to maps is the trade off.
Also,brother Strat you play, unless you're playing 8 hours a day like the streamers do, it's not necessarily viable to get the currency up as well
i never understood the appeal of delve tbh... things like targeted mapping for essence or oils felt way faster for results

@@JorgenPOE Hardly, because I do believe that raw map farming is by far the most fun aspect of POE. All seasonal events are a lot of riff-raff, waiting, clicking around, wasting time and then getting massively rewarded for it. I do believe that delving, heist and tower defense are the three worst by far though because they literally disallow you to play actual POE.
@@Skoshtwo well I think that boring a garbage honestly, generally that's the impression most delvers have over straight up mapping. Delve is more consistent as well from a steady return basis.
