I Just ordered a flip. I’m going to use mine for linning and shading. I have a ambition vibe I’m going to use for color. Can’t wait for it to come in thanks for the video
Hi i hot mast flip and mast power supply and i did dome dot work on 3.3 to 3.6 voltage for fist time and it turn out thats guite good but i saw that mast flip need to be run for 4or 5 to 12 voltage so can i keep doing on 3.3 voltage or i can broke machine ? I dont get it
Hi man i have a little problem with the flip it can't move 15m cartridges or higher with the battery. The inkclaw battery that have the instant start up can solve this? I hope so because i. Have the extreme v2 and it can move higher needle configuration with the same battery without a any problem. Hope you can help me with this doubt, i really appreciate it
How about the battery for me it looks really long so the weight from the battery will pull the machine down, is it really comfortable to line with it? I would like to get one but im worried a bit about the balance…
Hi man. I know this video is old but i write it in hopes you can see and reply to help me with a few questions i have. 1. How good is the heat of the machine, does it overheats or not? I bought one and it arrived defective (dragonhawk already shipped a replacement and is on its way to me) I used it today on a client and just to check if it really wasn’t working and noted two things: 1. It overheated a lot 2. When overheated it started sounding very weird inside and i had to stop. 3. It used to loss power when tattooing and i had to increase the volts but would happen again. Thanks in advanve and sorry for stealing you some time.
@@TortugaPH the machine wasn´t holding the power with the wireless battery as it would turn off after a few seconds. The power supply would make the machine work but after a few minutes it would start dropping the power and i would need to increase it. the voltage i was using was around 8 and 9.5 for like 2 hours i was able to finish the tattoo but i´m not sure i will use that machine again i will see if someone knows about them to check the inside of it and see if it has reparation or not
I got one and it has 7 stroke positions. One past the 4.0 its weird. Contacted dragonhawk and didn't really get anywhere with them about it. Also what does the spring go to that they send in the package?
@@alwyz.packin it's only upto 4.0mm don't go past it. What issue did you. Have with it. Message me on my Instagram account. I can help if there are issues.
Lot of tattooers said that the stroke is almost stable at 2,8-3,0 where ever you set it not change it at all… can you please tell as something about that? Cause people like me have second thoughts
I use the axys Valhalla and it has multi stroke system its great but these multi stroke systems wear down bearing system they have after a year so im sure it will break down in six months make sure u just change the stroke when it iff not running u will mess up the bearing u ran through a vallhalla in 16 months
Cool video do you know how many watts the motor is? I tried looking it up doesn’t say it anywhere. I have it in my cart. Thanks bro keep up the good work 🤙🏻
Yeah they sponsored me a few weeks ago but I really have been using their stuff for years. I give my honest review on stuff the reason why I titled it like this is cause I really do think it's their best pen type so far.
Can we really trust youtubers opinions on the machines because y’all are trying to get people to use discount codes to make money so you won’t say anything bad about them?
There are some vids that i just put the facts out. Of course emphasised the pros but i do give the cons. Like check the q2 review. I said that its more of a speciaized machine than an all arounder.
@@TortugaPH forsure bro would you honestly recommend this to start out with for a beginner? I know you say to start on the coils but I wanted to start with a wireless rotary what machine would you recommend honest opinion?
Liek you said coils are the way to go. If you start with wireless then I would get the mast Lancer. However if you want a sure fire trusted and tested machine. Get the mast tour pro. It's not wireless. Though you could get a battery pack.

You dude check the last 2 machine vids for awesome giveaways
thanks so much for this..i used coils for years too, but am ready to try rotary & THIS is the one im looking to buy!💯🤘
Nice good choice
Ambition is a good one to
dude, any direct drive machine with a 3.5 or higher can line pretty well.
yup they can its just easier to line with 4.0 up when you use bigger needle groups
Direct drive machine has no give unless FK EXO. But flip has give. Stays in skin more.
I just got mine almost a week ago and it's a good machine and so versatile
loving it so far
What's the difference between mast flip and mast flip pro
Could you tell me how you configure this machine to make lines at the first pass?
4.0 slow hand speed

Running it than the lower suggested could cause it to break.
@@TortugaPH so i need a new machine for dotwork, cuz in 5V i cant do it too hight voltage for that
@@TortugaPH tnx a lot for answering me, i worked for 2 hours on 3.3, 3.6 voltage i hope i didnt broke engine 😓😭
@@TortugaPH can you please give me suggestion or what you use to run on 3.4 voltage, what low voltage pen or machine to buy. Thanks a lottt
6:24 whats on needle ? Looked barbed but prob paper towel or some cc issues
Maybe a little Vaseline 🤷🏻♂️
Which do you prefer? Flip, Lancer, or Archer?
flip honestly
@@TortugaPH why please i have 2 choose 2 Pen one for lining and an other for shading

@@TortugaPH with battery? If so can you tell me wicj one?
Me podrias decir como configuras esta maquina para hacer lineas a la primera pasada?
What’s the best stroke for lining?
4.0 I find is best for needle groups 5-9.
is this better than the fold?
Check the flip pro
How about the battery for me it looks really long so the weight from the battery will pull the machine down, is it really comfortable to line with it? I would like to get one but im worried a bit about the balance…
I used an inkclaw battery pack cause its really light
I enjoyed this video. Very satisfying seeing the end result.
Thanks there are a bunch of em in the channel
Can someone please tell me if the flip has direct drive? Or is there a mechanism with spring ?
is that fit for all cartridges brand of needles sir?
I have used many cartridges on it so yes.
Hi, i wanted to ask does the flip pen works with every kind of cartridges?
I've used many kinds of carts on so yes.
Can you tell me weight of the maschine, on dragonhawk site doesn't say, probably is heavy
With the battery pack it's a bit neavy well depends on the pack.
It's around 200 grams

@@TortugaPH Thanks for the reply. One more thing. In these type of machines, how is the heat? do they heat a lot or depends?
hello can this machine use bigger needles? 11 or 14 rs
Yeah it can. No problem just set it to 4.0? You planning on getting it?
Hi, what is the best dragonhawk machine for bold lining (14rl, 18rl). I'm interested in the dragonhawk x3. Thank you
Anything with a high stroke number. Honestly Thou I use a hard hitting coil for bold stuff like that.
@@TortugaPH thank you 👍

from which site did you get it? also there is only 6 positions. that spring thing is just incase the one inside breaks.

How long does it take to receive ?
Less than 2 weeks. There might be an express shipping thing on the checkout.
How durable is this ? Do you think it’ll last i don’t wanna spend all my money for something that’ll break in a month or so
Don't drop it and maintain it properly should last quite awhile. It isn't expensive as well.
does the grip come off?
Yes of course
This is a really professionell knowledge about Tattoo pens like this one.thank you!greetings from Germany NRW

Hello bro ,,,,mast flip or another maquine wich motor maxon?
It wasn’t packing the red, because you left it in the same stroke that you were shading with the black, it seems like.
yeah was still getting used to the machine at this point. i put out a bunch of more updated videos on it.

Hi not sure on the watts too but it works really well haha.
