They now come with all four (the 20%, 28%, 33% and 40% cam) of the stroke you choose (2.75, 3.6 or 4.2). Also you can choose between the brass pr the aluminum bearing.
Didn't really enjoy the neuma 4 neither. Been using my boss's Bishop liner and I'm completely in love with it definitely going to buy the new machine they just pumped out can't wait
Anything I’ve tried from peak I have not liked. But that doesn’t mean that machine won’t be good. I just am not interested in spending money on it because of my previous experience
I have the flite nano and the only thing so far I dont like is getting the cart at the correct angle with the vice grip, its always slightly off and it drives me bonkers
The flute nano runs all the way up to 18v the misconception of power is the fact that people try to run it at too low a voltage. It’s mid point is higher than other machines that’s all
I am looking in to getting a new liner. It is between the neuma, the vlad blad and the bishop. I am keeping my coils for shading. I mainly do tradtional and blackwork. What would your recommendation be because I cant make up my mind and I can only afford one. Also how do the vladblad work with cartridges?
I like how you tell about hard hitting machines! I found myself liking them more too than soft hit. Bought VladBlad avanger 2 pro some time ago - legit best machine ever owned. Can't see any other machine that can upwin VladBlad
Couple yrs ago I bought a gabe m1 rotary pen for 169.00. Adjustable stroke. I loved it. Someone stole it and now I see them priced really high. Can’t even get them on Amazon anymore. Hope whoever stole it enjoys it. Pos!!!
When talking about the bishop liner u said that you put in every dot manually sometimes. What do you mean by that? So you handpoke with it? Or you put the voltage very low?
Solid choices dude, thank you for making this! I think you’re the only person I’ve heard say they’re not a fan of the inkjecta. I love them so much I have two of them setup with different cams and bars 😅
Im using mast flip. That's so smooth and really good. With that price mast flip really good. And we know above mast flip that will much better i think.

Hello I have a question I wanna buy a tattoo machine but I don't know which one to choose My budget is 600€ So Axys Valhalla or Ava Ep7+? Or if you have other suggestions please tell me Thank you.
It depends on what your style is. If you need a harder hitting machine the 4.2 Ava ep7+ is dope. If you want something more versatile the Valhalla. You could get the vlad blad avenger 2 pro. That’s versatile and better than the Valhalla. Same price point pretty much!
@@ThatTattooGuyOfficial thank you for answering So in the price of max 600€ ava ep7+ is better than anything else? Don't you have any other suggestions? Yes I need a hard hitting machine.
@@ThatTattooGuyOfficial I've never worked with a Rotary machine I would like a pen It's a lot easier for me So in this price what pen is better? I'm sorry if I'm asking a lot of questions.
Also have the Avenger 2, bishop Magi (4.2 stroke setting), and just recently picked up the bishop liner. I loved my Magi while it lasted but retired it due to the cam frequently dropping out the drive bar and the clamp mechanism becoming worn out. I love my Avenger 2 and I will use it til it breaks (tat gods forbid) and buy another. That being said, the weight does make my hand uncomfortable after long sessions. It's just a powerhouse. My best friend went from coils to one recently and has mained it for every tattoo since. The Bishop liner is great. Just used it all day long for the 13th and really got to know it. You can run a bugpin mag backwards and still get some soft tones with it but I don't think I'll be using it for most soft black and grey. Thanks for another great vid man! I came to your channel first before my last two machine purchases and am still super pleased 🤙🤙🤙
impressive video brother! have you tried setting your vladblad avenger in between of each stroke? i.e between 4.7 and 4.2? so get somewhere 4.5mmstroke? do you think its doable?
Try out the vlad blad pen. It’s really nice, using it with a muso tuko power supply and my work has never healed quicker. Fast and effective. Gonna have to get the avenger 2
Can you do a vid on the Discover Device Adjustable Stroke tattoo machine and the CNC P6 Adjustable Five Level Stroke? Maybe compare the Valhalla and the Cheyenne Unio
i know these are "rotary" machines.........but nothing will out do my mickey sharps 1998 iron coil machine model micro dial 10 wrap coils #64 hand made period....all original same spring ect...still lines color pack and the smoothest greys. i can hammer 3n tight liners-16 tight liners,5rm-27rm,8rs-14rs+ but awesome video! but i gotta 🤣🤣🤣 "NIKO RETADO?" its NIKO HURATDO.......LMFAO
I would suggest taking a look at lithuanian irons machines, it’s a small company, but the quality is really good. used their Cronus for 3 years straight from fineline and small realism to bold blackwork, only reason why I tried anything else was because it was stolen lol.
I am trying to get back into tattooing and it has been a while. I'm looking for a good machine that can do both lining and shading. Aside from your #1 pick, do you have any other machines you recommend that would be good for both at a slightly lower price?
Used to use the old school machines and just recently got a tattoo pen, ambition storm wand and it's really different. Trying to find one that's good for lining and shading all in one, suggestions?
All in one pens are tough. A lot of the multi stroke pens lack the punch you would want in a liner. If you are okay with a 4.2 mm stroke while shading the Ava ep7+ is good. If you have a bigger budget give a look at the critical torque. The 4.2 is a great liner and works pretty well with shading
I did a review on the ez p3 pro recently. It has a bunch of strokes. I really liked it for shading. Lining it wasn’t my favorite but it was okay. I think it’s my second to most recent video
Nobody should write a review on a nuema4 until you’ve used it for a couple months, and have tried all the cams and different grips. That’s what really matters. Does everything under the sun
I was able to look up the Vlad - Blad avenger 2 pro. That's a very different machine. I will send you the link where I found it. I remembered that you wanted a longer stroke. As I was looking at the machine I saw to my suprise a machine that says it has a stroke from 1 mm to 7 mm. Looked at it and at first thought yeah. I think I might know what you are going to say. I finally woke up and figured how the stroke is changed. But I did see another that I thought you might like to check out. It's a ; Tampax X5 direct drive, has 5 adjustable stroke. 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5.0 mm. Looked like one you might want to check out. I've been tattooing for a long time and saw the rotary machines when they first came out. You could see the needle going side to side, you could hear the machine bog down. Nothing was straight. I'll keep making my coil machines and that's where I stayed. Saw a comparison clip don't know who did and thought I need to play with one of those. Would like your thoughts on a WTK 148. I know you can find it. I wanted to try one that you don't care for. The Mast it's the first one of the three that you put down, red. No I don't remember all of the names and brands yet. Anyway I will figure out how to send you the link on those machines.
Here you go, for 10% discount 👍🏽: neumag1 But I’d get the Neuma 4 Macro, which has 50% more power and torque than the original or the Modus. Also, it comes with the brass bearing, so add on to your order the aluminum bearing, for softer hitting work. Also, get an extra spring (because, you never know).
Thank you for the video i want to surprise my brother with a new tattoo machine i feel like his tattoos are really good but maybe his equipment is holding him back
Very cool. In the meantime they have 4 strokes out. 3.0. 3.7. 4.5 and now the new 4.1 stroke. The first 3 strokes are included in the set. You have to take a look. Absolutely.

Hey! thanks for the vid, has been very helpful. Im still torn on which machine to purchase, maybe you can help with your advice, when I first started, I wanted to purchase the axys Valhalla, but they asked for preview experience and I didn't have any. So I end up buying a stigma, which was good but broke during a tattoo session after less than 2 years of use. My current options is getting The avanger Pro2 from VB ort he Stigma Force, but NOW i just saw this video, and made me want to go back and try the Valhalla! I feel like going from a pen to the avanger might be hard to get used to and because of this I keep thinking I should stay with Pen style machines. If the advantages of the avanger are such a game changer, I shall choose it then.
After using both the Valhalla and the avenger, without a doubt the avenger is the better machine in every way. I can’t see how anyone would be disappointed with it honestly
To tell you the truth all the machines from them are basically the same. By looking at it it seems to be a good black and grey machine. I wouldn’t expect it to last for very long tho. I would truthfully go with something more quality as your first machine if you are serious about learning
@@ThatTattooGuyOfficial I’m definitely serious about learning. Unfortunately I’m on a budget. I look to get the Axys Valhalla once I get my money up. Thank you for your advice 🙏🏾

hardlife probably went out of business cause both of the omni v2s i bought, the motor siezed in, one of them seized the first time i hit the switch at 4v, and the other one locked up during my second time putting it to skin around 5v, i hated mine. if both mine broke im sure others did
That blows ! I haven’t had a problem with mine yet but I also haven’t really ran it for a super long time. I saw the owner started some new company. I forget the new name tho. Basically the same machines
@@ThatTattooGuyOfficial yea it's ok. Just made me get comfortable with my Valhalla that I didn't like at first. Because the voltage is so much different I thought I was going to hurt the machine. But once I got over that, I think it's my favorite machine I've ever had.

Have you ever heard of PEAK Solice Pro and what's your thought?
what do you think is the best affordable machine for like black n grey and reliasm tattoos i have a 4mm mast machine what do tou recommend
We're is the blox 2.0 rotary pen machine? I researched it an it seemed like a good machine but now I'm not so sure an I already ordered it,can anyone tell me if they have used one before?
Thx for all the reviews
Try a Dan Kubin Sidewinder! V3R or the new V7's are super rad. Adjustable strokes and hits hard. Only machine I'll ever use for lining
Can anyone tell me just how good is a warrior rotary tattoo pen?
The neuma 4 usually comes with a 20% 3.6 cam for lining and I couldnt stand it. My ideal set up is the 20% 4.2 cam with a brass bearing arm.
They now come with all four (the 20%, 28%, 33% and 40% cam) of the stroke you choose (2.75, 3.6 or 4.2). Also you can choose between the brass pr the aluminum bearing.
Have you tried any of the vlad blad pens? I’m thinking about purchasing one of the ultron 2 customs.
Didn't really enjoy the neuma 4 neither. Been using my boss's Bishop liner and I'm completely in love with it definitely going to buy the new machine they just pumped out can't wait
Thanks for this video man. I love my Avenger 2 ! I just started to look at the Peak Solice Pro. Would you consider doing a review on it?
Anything I’ve tried from peak I have not liked. But that doesn’t mean that machine won’t be good. I just am not interested in spending money on it because of my previous experience
I have the flite nano and the only thing so far I dont like is getting the cart at the correct angle with the vice grip, its always slightly off and it drives me bonkers
Good reviews. Very thorough.
What’s your opinion on a decent budget coil
The flute nano runs all the way up to 18v the misconception of power is the fact that people try to run it at too low a voltage. It’s mid point is higher than other machines that’s all
I am looking in to getting a new liner. It is between the neuma, the vlad blad and the bishop. I am keeping my coils for shading. I mainly do tradtional and blackwork. What would your recommendation be because I cant make up my mind and I can only afford one. Also how do the vladblad work with cartridges?
I would say the vlad blad for sure.
I only use it with carts and it works great. Best machine I’ve ever used.
Should do a review on the houju tattoo machine. I use one everyday and ill never use another machine.
I like how you tell about hard hitting machines! I found myself liking them more too than soft hit. Bought VladBlad avanger 2 pro some time ago - legit best machine ever owned. Can't see any other machine that can upwin VladBlad
Seriously ! I honestly don’t know how there can be a better machine lol
sir can you do a review on the t2 tagteam2 tattoo pen
Couple yrs ago I bought a gabe m1 rotary pen for 169.00. Adjustable stroke. I loved it. Someone stole it and now I see them priced really high. Can’t even get them on Amazon anymore. Hope whoever stole it enjoys it. Pos!!!
When you use the Bishop Wand Liner for individual dotwork, what voltage do you have it at? It's nice to know which machines you prefer. Thanks!
Depends on the area of the body. But usually around 6-7
@@ThatTattooGuyOfficial OK. What about on the hand? Top of the hand? Not the palm. Thanks!
@@troygroff4512 it really depends on how you tattoo. Start low and move up in volts if you aren’t sure
@ThatTattooGuyOfficial OK. Sounds good! Thanks! 🙏
Hit, thank uou, all I needed to know whas the hit and power and you explained it perfect
When talking about the bishop liner u said that you put in every dot manually sometimes. What do you mean by that? So you handpoke with it? Or you put the voltage very low?
Like stippling.. voltage isn’t very low. Right around what I used it to line with and then dot dot dot dot
Can you make a review of the ultron 2 ? There is not that much videos on this one ! I have the first avenger, love it
Solid choices dude, thank you for making this! I think you’re the only person I’ve heard say they’re not a fan of the inkjecta. I love them so much I have two of them setup with different cams and bars 😅
Absolutely!
And idk why. I’ve known a lot of people like them. Maybe it’s just the way I tattoo but I just couldn’t get into it.
Im using mast flip. That's so smooth and really good. With that price mast flip really good. And we know above mast flip that will much better i think.
I bought a bishop wand liner partly for the comparison you did with the avenger v2. I just completed with an ultron pen from vlad blad for shading and color packing. Thanks for your videos!
How do you like the ultron pen? I’ve been wanting to give it a shot
No problem! Glad you like the videos
@@ThatTattooGuyOfficial just bought and not yet delivered so I can't answer you for the moment but this ultron pen looks promising!
Hope you can give it a test
@@fredfab8820 at some point I would love to get my hands on it !
Ayxs got the Disposables back in stock for the Valhalla I just ordered two packs
Finally ! They have been out forever
Because of your videos and reviews I decided to buy myself the Axis Valhalla, love the machine, would love to invest in the vlad blad or bishop
Glad I was able to help! They are both great machines !
İ use, inkmachines dragonfly, fkirons direct 2, inkjecta Nano and bishop microangelo. Bishop is absolutly best company.
How long has the microangelo held up?
Hello
I have a question
I wanna buy a tattoo machine but I don't know which one to choose
My budget is 600€
So Axys Valhalla or Ava Ep7+?
Or if you have other suggestions please tell me
Thank you.
It depends on what your style is. If you need a harder hitting machine the 4.2 Ava ep7+ is dope.
If you want something more versatile the Valhalla.
You could get the vlad blad avenger 2 pro. That’s versatile and better than the Valhalla. Same price point pretty much!
@@ThatTattooGuyOfficial thank you for answering
So in the price of max 600€ ava ep7+ is better than anything else? Don't you have any other suggestions? Yes I need a hard hitting machine.
@@bitabaygani7704 I would say for 600 the vlad blad avenger 2 pro is the best choice over all
@@ThatTattooGuyOfficial I've never worked with a Rotary machine
I would like a pen
It's a lot easier for me
So in this price what pen is better?
I'm sorry if I'm asking a lot of questions.
@@bitabaygani7704 no problem.
The avenger is a rotary.
But if you wanted a pen, I enjoy the ep7+ more than the valhala
Have you tried the Acus M1?
No not yet! I want to tho
I believe the VB has a lifetime warranty? I could be wrong but for some reason I thought I saw that
And glad you are liking the videos ! Thanks for your input ! Always love hearing others experiences
impressive video brother!
have you tried setting your vladblad avenger in between of each stroke? i.e between 4.7 and 4.2? so get somewhere 4.5mmstroke?
do you think its doable?
Hey man, my sister is starting to learn about tattooing and I was wondering where can I get her supplies (ink, needless) online? Thanks
I got the Vlad Blad Avenger 2 pro and felt heavy vibration on 4.7 and 5.5 mm stroke
Try out the vlad blad pen. It’s really nice, using it with a muso tuko power supply and my work has never healed quicker. Fast and effective. Gonna have to get the avenger 2
Seems like people really like that pen! Seems dope
Have you done a review in the spektra flux or flux max?
No I’m not really a fan of fk machines. Seems like the last 5 years they have put out the same machine with small tweaks. Kinda got bored with them
I would suggest taking a look at lithuanian irons machines, it’s a small company, but the quality is really good. used their Cronus for 3 years straight from fineline and small realism to bold blackwork, only reason why I tried anything else was because it was stolen lol.
Thank you Tyler
What is you opinion on the fk irons spektra xion
I am trying to get back into tattooing and it has been a while. I'm looking for a good machine that can do both lining and shading. Aside from your #1 pick, do you have any other machines you recommend that would be good for both at a slightly lower price?
The avenger 2 is currently my favorite machine too. Dying to try a DK
I have two dan kubins and they took me a little getting used to the hit cuz its hits like a hammer. But i have the vr3 and thats my liner
@@chefkenburnem211 hammers are chefs kiss lol 🤌have you tried any solid fill with the v3r?
Have you ever tried the Killer Bee Type F?
Nobody should write a review on a nuema4 until you’ve used it for a couple months, and have tried all the cams and different grips. That’s what really matters. Does everything under the sun
He didn’t. He literally said he will use it more before putting out a review.
Big fan of the neuma but I had to mess with all the cams and strokes to get it were I wanted it
That's to much shit to get a machine to work
I was able to look up the Vlad - Blad avenger 2 pro.
Wich cartridges gave you trouble in the cnc?
I don’t remember. If you go to my review video I have them all shown there
Hi Do you have a discount code for the neuma four
I don’t unfortunately.. some companies are more willing to give them more than others
Thank you for the video i want to surprise my brother with a new tattoo machine i feel like his tattoos are really good but maybe his equipment is holding him back
How do you not include the FK Spektra flux or flux max?...they are both better than any of these 🤔
Not a huge fan of fk.
Do you know the acus M1? A wireless pen. Interchangeable strokes with motor control. It's incredible. The best machine currently on the market🔥
It’s one of the next machines I want to get my hands on. Looks promising!
Very cool. In the meantime they have 4 strokes out. 3.0. 3.7. 4.5 and now the new 4.1 stroke. The first 3 strokes are included in the set. You have to take a look. Absolutely.
@@Hawaii2465 I’ve been eyeing it up for the last month. I just have too many machines testing out right now haha

What you think about dankubin bro??
Never tried them. I’ve heard a lot of people saying that they are really touchy machines to run correctly or they spit alot. Never got around to trying them, but I’ve heard of people swearing by them as well. Eventually I’ll grab one tho!
What about Sol Nova??

Hey! thanks for the vid, has been very helpful.
I know it’s a little late, but can you review the Dragonhawk Mast Archer? I’m looking to get it as a beginning artist.
Hey Tyler, could you tell me which grip and push-rod length you use with your Avenger 2? Thanks!
Hey, idk honestly. What ever one comes with the disposables. I use tatsoul disposables
Thank you for this I have been wanting the Bishop for a while and almost got the Cnc2 because I was told it's a great dupe so you just saved me $200! Can you review the Spektra Flux? It's my go to machine that I use for everything and I would love your opinion on it! When I was apprenticing my mentor swore by the Flux and said he's tried almost everything and I've really only tried a few machines myself including some awful Dragonhawks trying to save money and I agree with everything you just said about those mast pens
hardlife probably went out of business cause both of the omni v2s i bought, the motor siezed in, one of them seized the first time i hit the switch at 4v, and the other one locked up during my second time putting it to skin around 5v, i hated mine. if both mine broke im sure others did
That blows !
Idk how to say this without sounding weird. But i missed you, thank you for the video. 😊
Lol I miss you too.
Awesome…I currently have two halo2 machines I like them but looking for sumthing just like you said more power
We seem to have similar taste in machines 😊. Love my Axys pen, but a lil more umpf would be nice. Meh about the FKs & love the consistency of my cheaper direct drive. The Bishop pen sounds dreamy. Thank you for likely saving me a bunch of money. That was a great video! What are your favorite grips that work well with the Vlad? Thank you 💘
The vlad blad cartridge grips are super nice, if you want to autoclave them or cold sterilize them. Or just use some nice disposable cartridge grips. How do you like the Axys pen does it put in color okay? I’m looking to get my first pen and I’m between the vlad blad pen or the axys Valhalla. I need one that will line bold lines and put in color.
good info!
Whats up again Tyler. So I'm really considering the axis Valhalla for my next machine. My question for you is, what's the biggest cartridge liner and biggest mag you've used with the Valhalla. Does it have any problems pushing larg needle groupings at all? Thank you and as always much much respect.
Hey man, so I’ve used everything with that machine and at the time it worked great, until I tried the vlad blad avenger 2 pro. Blows the Valhalla out of the water.
@@ThatTattooGuyOfficial thank you for the reply. What makes Vlad Blad so much better? If you don't mind I was almost certain I was gonna get the axis now I'm thinking different.

It seems to be basically the mast lancer. I would guess that they will have the same performance to tell you the truth!
Hi, great informative video. What about FKIrons machines? I heard they're super expensive but their quality is questionable: lot of faulty motors (after operating just a couple of weeks!), batteries stopping charging or draining out quickly, cams broken, etc.
I have the flux, exo, and xion. I’ve never had a problem with them, and the batteries still last all day. I’ve had them since they came out pretty much.
Completely overpriced. I have seen the Exo sold on Aliexpress for a quarter of the price $200
