Great vid bro! I would rate them in a pretty similar way myself. Congrats for your honest videos. Just a small correction. The motor modes in Acus change the torque and not the give, which means that what changes is how hard the needle penetrates the skin and not the voltage. For example, you can lower the voltage a lot but keep a high torque, which for wip shading is very useful because you'll get strong but widely spaced dots. With give you can't do that, because by lower the voltage you also lower the torque . No other machine has this feature.
Bro…I just happened to come across this machine/company back in late November/Early December 22…Literally sold my FK Exo, FK Flux Max, InkMachines Cobra, Neuma 4, and Axys Valhalla…just for this machine. I wanted to start over, and invested so much hope and faith into finally finding the perfect machine for me…and then it came. And then i was pumped. And then i loved it. And then i hated it. And loved it. And hated it. And now….I wouldn’t get rid of it for the world. Personally I think there is a fairly steep learning curve with, exactly like what you said about matching hand speed..and also pressure. It’s a fine line between unreal smoothness and oops went a hair too hard/long there….i think this is SUCH an artists machine that when finally understood and mastered, there isn’t anything else you need. I’ve hear people say its a good beginner machine, but honestly i dont agree..I think its one of those things that requires quite a bit of understanding and experience in order to run it, and yourself, in just the right way to get the most unbelievably best version of whatever you’re attempting to do. And color. Holy shit. This has sped and stepped my color game up so much. The only thing i wish was different was that it wasn’t completely round so it wouldn’t roll, potentially falling off station. Maybe a small notch. The attention to design and detail, and more importantly the total fulfillment of “function over form”…it couldn’t be more thought out…besides the micro usb plug instead of c, or a screen with slightly more info…maybe just session timer or something…but this gimmick free, and a grown up boys machine.. Great vids man keep it up! IG/ instagram.com/shain.is.lame
I would recommend to avoid the wand shader, because is to specializated (most for shading). And avoid Cheyenne for compatibility and price. I cant recommend the other 2 cuz I haven't try them. Flux is a great machine, you can do anything with the 3.5 stroke, and the machine will last u for years. I hope this help you my friend.

flux have very expensive quality have same than 50$ cheap machine, no thank ewer pay owerprice this all machines has totally owerprice, same or better can buy 100-300$ machines working well.
Hey I'm just now starting to get my shit together. Putting together a studio so I thought I would start here bywatch sum tattoo reviews ND reading peoples opinions on machines,, ND it seems the Acus M1 might do the job. Where can I order this kit from , being where I'm from., Canada
Have you tried the Neuma4? It is the best rotary I’ve ever had. Function and the hit is pretty much like using a coil. The cam system is pure genius. If you haven’t tried one, you should give it a try.
Hey there's some people saying that the Acus M1 lacks of power even on mode +2! I don't feel that in any way, I pull thick lines with mine with no issues at all. In terms of strengh how do you compare Acus M1 with the others?´ (Flux, Unlimited, etc...) Thanks bro
Hi ! Thank you again for this video ! I already ask you on your last video which one is better to do fineline tattoos between Unlimited 3.5 and the Acus M1 but I think your choice is pretty clear :) I m just affraid to overthink the different mode with the Acus ahah And just to know, do you plan to make a review of the new Ultron 3 pen from Vlad Blad ?
Nice review. You should try the Inkmachines Cobra with the light grip and wireless footswitch combo, im in love with this machine. The heavy grip I just use it for heavy lining and it really helps to do the job. It's a fckn laser.
The splice pro is a good one for sure, I’ll be doing a review on the mini soon just would like to use it a few more tattoos first before I give my opinion
Let’s link up and get you in a review on why. Check out my IG let’s set up a guest spot at one of my shops and we’ll get the video done! IG Garrett_Lee_tattoos
Hows the give on the cobra , any idea how it compares to the give on a xion ? I really still like having mechanical give sometimes and not many offer mechanical give in a pen especially in a wireless pen
Idk what he thinks about it, but I bought it two months ago and love the machine. That being said, I’ve gone through two batteries during that time because they stop charging and then won’t turn on anymore. Idk if I’m just unlucky or what
I’m looking for a beginner kit for my 13 year old daughter without breaking the bank. What would you recommend? I feel like buying a little kit for $60 on Amazon would be okay until she gets good. That’s if she even sticks to tattooing.
Please do your daughter a favor and don't enable her to start tattooing at home. She should focus on drawing, especially at 13, and eventually get an apprenticeship.
@@inkbyhero if my daughter wasn’t already good at drawling I wouldn’t bother getting her a tattoo gun. Plus she’s not going to be tattooing on people. She’ll be tattooing on the fake skins. She can be practicing on both crafts so she doesn’t have to start in her 20s. AFTER she gets an apprenticeship and someone else tells her she’s ready. Why wait?
I'm not trying to be a dick but how are you gonna highlight liking the apps on some machines and then say that you don't like the apps on the very next machine? I'm confused

That was a double take on sol nova lol thought I was losing my shit for a second. Great video!
Nice straight forward review. The market seems to be getting more of these portable machines and this gives me a good idea what works

What did you think of the peak solice pro?
Could you try the inkin CL2
For sure, will have it reviewed and uploaded in the next few weeks
If you get a machine with a 4.0mm Stroke, would it still be good for shading? (looking at the Sol Nova Unlimted just what stroke to choose from)
Yes, a lot of black and grey ELITE artists are changing from 3.5 to 4.0. You have to adjust your technique but your saturation will be superior.
Thank u for the knowledge I will be working my way from my peak to a M1
should peep the ambition torped.. for the pricing, it's a beautiful machine
