Okay but why did this actually inspire me to work out more. Is this guy just so committed to fitness that his commitment is radiating off him and reaching me
Well! I was already thinking about working out, and this video has encouraged me to entirely disregard unsourced online advice and take things slow and leisurely, kudos!
Ngl the first TikTok actually hit really hard for me. I used to be very suicidal and 3am was definitely one of those times where I was questioning what I was doing in this earth. But I doubt that’s the reason why he made that. What makes it worse is that the song in the background was heavy in my playlist rotation at that time 😭
That demon voice in the second TikTok is actually a voice line of Revenant from Apex Legends. Who canonically is a robot assassin/hitman. I’m not sure if the voice line was meant to be motivational or not but the context of the character saying the line makes it very sinister Edit: I didn’t expect him to use the sound more than once 😂
I found muscle man's first video about making it through the night hit home pretty hard actually. Not for working out but I have IBS or chrons or something and I'm in incredible pain almost always and that's what I had to tell myself last night. "Just breath and you'll make it through it."
Fun fact about that "demon voice" that's actually a video game character named Revenant from the Battle Royale game: Apex Legends. And that line was his intro quip. ^^
This man gives me the vibes of 'I have really bad mental health issues and instead of seeing a therapist and working through them, and/or getting some medication to help. I work out and it's NOT WORKING SO I YELL AT MY PHONE AND WORK OUT HARDER'
"I will make it through the night, I will push past the pain" are affirmations I tell myself as I sit on the toilet at 3AM cause I got IBS and ate the wrong thing
I feel like if you can do 2000+ curls then it's probably time you increase the weight by now (lol). Also, LOL it's funny, he's in the nightclub waiting to catch people at 3am thinking they are safe from him there.
I feel like all this guy's "motivational" videos are to himself....the ones where he is staring. The intonation of them feel like self-aspirations someone does in the mirror.
I had a difficult day and this video literally made me laugh so hard I cried 😂. It was beyond hysterical 🤣 It's bedtime here in Denmark, and now I'm wide awake... hopefully not until 3 am.. Thank you, Jarvis! 🙏💚
13:10 im sure youve heard of the fitnessgram pacer test because the audio for it was a meme for a while, but the fitnessgram is a whole assessment that the school does usually at the start and end of a school year to track students' health and fitness. so along with the pacer there was also things like push ups and sit ups and measuring flexibility etc. so i imagine this person's school made a bit of a competition out of who could do the most push ups during the fitnessgram or other similar assessment
that first video, where he's telling you to push through the 3am pain... probably targeting the people who are mentally unstable. Around 3am is when the suicidal thoughts or self-harming ideas are at their worst for me personally, but it's also a bit of a thing on mental illness TikTok that 12-3am are the worst hours and the hardest to push through. Not saying his advice was correct, breathing can't fix everything, but this video was probably targeting mental illness TikTok to see where he gets the most attention.
To be fair I guess I'd rather feel motivated to work out than cut at 3AM, but I've never had body image issues or other problems with overexertion so I recognize that my experience definitely isn't everyone's. I do feel better and calmer after exercising so I might actually try something like this next time I feel shitty, will lyk how it goes lol

That first video I’m just imagining him coaching someone through labour. Could you imagine him as your labour and delivery doctor?😂
The baby would literally go back in after hearing this guys voice and I wouldn’t even blame it
"i need you to give me 3000 contractions right now"
"I don't care that they're 10 minutes old, the baby WILL GIVE ME ONE BILLION PUSHUPS"
This guy would be helpful during child birth
“You’re going to push.”
“You’re going to push.”
2:31 same vibe as "He gouged out his lungs. Lungs are vital for hamon users."
Well! I was already thinking about working out, and this video has encouraged me to entirely disregard unsourced online advice and take things slow and leisurely, kudos!
i love spooky season, it's literally the best time of year:))
That first tiktok makes me feel like I'm playing the tutorial for a first-person, choose your own adventure, horror game. I honestly kinda like it
Ngl the first TikTok actually hit really hard for me.
I’m not sure if the voice line was meant to be motivational or not but the context of the character saying the line makes it very sinister
Edit: I didn’t expect him to use the sound more than once 😂
I found muscle man's first video about making it through the night hit home pretty hard actually. Not for working out but I have IBS or chrons or something and I'm in incredible pain almost always and that's what I had to tell myself last night. "Just breath and you'll make it through it."
Fun fact: “that little voice saying there’s still hope, is lying” is actually a voice line by Revenant from Apex legends!
Not me watching this at 3:40am! 😭 watching this bc your channel is comforting.
"Maybe don't collect children's souls" -- Sebastian Michaelis is quaking
Fun fact about that "demon voice" that's actually a video game character named Revenant from the Battle Royale game: Apex Legends. And that line was his intro quip. ^^
"don't worry, you're going to make it through the night" why does this sound like a threat?
remember when jarvis johnson gold said its jarvis johnson golding time and javis johnson golded all over the place
2:05 I think we got it all wrong guys. This is obviously an inspirational video for women giving birth at 3 am
this guy is just my internal dialogue before I go into a manic episode and work out until either I pass out or something breaks
I love seeing that the shirt in the ad break clearly was unfolded and put on just for the ad 😂
This man gives me the vibes of 'I have really bad mental health issues and instead of seeing a therapist and working through them, and/or getting some medication to help. I work out and it's NOT WORKING SO I YELL AT MY PHONE AND WORK OUT HARDER'
thanks not the point of his videos holy shit yall are clueless and dont work out at alllllll
watching this while doing my 3AM morning push-up :) all the little veins in my head showed up to enjoy with me!!
9:17 If you take 30 seconds to do one push up, and you have to do 51.1 trillion pushups, it takes you about 500 centuries :)
3:56, that demon you’re hearing is a character called revenant from apex. he kinda just has that black air force mentality 😂
i love the background GOOOOOLD at the beginning of each video sm
Maybe the nice fitness man is out to cure sleep apnea?
"I will make it through the night, I will push past the pain" are affirmations I tell myself as I sit on the toilet at 3AM cause I got IBS and ate the wrong thing
I feel like if you can do 2000+ curls then it's probably time you increase the weight by now (lol). Also, LOL it's funny, he's in the nightclub waiting to catch people at 3am thinking they are safe from him there.
I like to think that the child is coming out of the ER and this guy just shows up and is like fight the pain.
I love how the sound is a Revenant voice line from Apex Legends
I feel like all this guy's "motivational" videos are to himself....the ones where he is staring. The intonation of them feel like self-aspirations someone does in the mirror.
I had a difficult day and this video literally made me laugh so hard I cried 😂. It was beyond hysterical 🤣 It's bedtime here in Denmark, and now I'm wide awake... hopefully not until 3 am.. Thank you, Jarvis! 🙏💚
6:34 I'm not gonna lie, that's a really unique and Halloween-appropriate hobby imo.
Who else says GOLD!!! after he says “hello and welcome back to Jarvis Johnson gold”
I’m just used to it because we’re all trying are best.
"Until the end of what? I have no plans today." is a level of comfy confidence I aspire for
Funny enough, lately, I HAVE been waking up at 3am and forget to breathe.
"I'm the stair master. I've mastered the stairs. Those stairs won't know which way they're going."
Living for the very slow time lapse of decorating your new place.
This feels like being a supply runner during a zombie apocalypse and my squad leader is giving us a pep talk before we head out
Revenant Apex Legends, what are you doing here?
I love that you're wearing a hot pocket shirt while watching videos about working out.
I’m just trying to stumble to the kitchen to get a glass of water at 3am
13:10 im sure youve heard of the fitnessgram pacer test because the audio for it was a meme for a while, but the fitnessgram is a whole assessment that the school does usually at the start and end of a school year to track students' health and fitness. so along with the pacer there was also things like push ups and sit ups and measuring flexibility etc. so i imagine this person's school made a bit of a competition out of who could do the most push ups during the fitnessgram or other similar assessment
This guy is like MC Ride from Death Grips got into fitness
I told myself I'd scroll through the comments until I found one mentioning MC Ride. That last clip especially seemed like a DG sample.
"That little voice" is Revenant from Apex Legends "Fetch me their souls" is one of his lines
“Fetch me their souls” is also a CoD Zombies line
I need to actually catch one of these live 😂
3:41 this. This is the exact moment my wifi dropped out and my phone froze. It’s over for me, I’ll see you at the gym
that first video, where he's telling you to push through the 3am pain... probably targeting the people who are mentally unstable.
This is what I was thinking too
stop trying to make it ab you or depressing stuff 😭
@@renrww6847 it’s not trying to make it about them if they’re referring to a very large portion of a diverse and widely used social platform, and as they said the creator’s content here does get quite a large reception on that portion of TikTok.

The "voice of a demon" is Revenant from Apex Legends, and he's basically an evil robot and the universe's biggest edgelord and the character that hates him most calls him Demonio, so "voice of a demon" turned out to be so accurate that I laughed.
not gonna lie the 2001 curls one was legitimately hilarious and unsettling and I laughed so hard I hurt myself 💀
Im getting rather intense flashbacks from growing up fat and my military uncle making me do Billy Blanks exercises .-. Took me forever to repair my relationship with exercise
Okay but like what person who is old enough to be on tiktok wants to be able to “survive 3 am”. Who’s that scared bro?
five to twelve year olds are definitely on tiktok. i have many younger cousins. also when i was in fourth grade, some of my younger cousins and fellow students would do musical.lys that i was too shy to be in.
I fear for my life and safety every day, specially at night, I'm afraid I won't wake up. I'm 17
@@door-chan do you have a reason to? Maybe you should seek some help, either way. If there is an actual reason you could get hurt, you need help, and if you just feel that way due to anxiety or depression, you need help.
@@JasminMiettunen Yeah I know, it's just anxiety and stuff. Though I do live in a not entirely safe neighborhood too
@@door-chan if you are able to get it, there are solutions and help to anxiety. If you have access, talk to a mental health professional, or if you have a school counselor, or just someone you can talk to. Usually the anxiety stems from somewhere, you’re not born anxious. There’s also medication that can help, it doesn’t solve the cause of the problem, but it still helps.
