I can never thank Guitar Hero 5 enough for getting me into this band, 3 years on and I still adore them and they're amazing live too...one hell of a big musical influence for me and the fact they're American and play scandinavian style Melodeath is a great thing and shows easily how Scandinavian Melodeath is more widely recognised in other parts of the world. Only thing I have against them is that they need to release a Full Length DVD now with this type of footage on it!
They don't, one of the best things about the band is that they are so good at playing their own top form of Scandinavian style Melodic Death Metal even though they're actually American, they're well up there with In Flames and At the Gates.

im sorry but the solo on their album is very produced. thats why i wateched this video because i listened to the produced solo and how ridiculous it is.
Metal fans..need to chill...lol..who hasn't heard that before. Darkest hour are pretty good live. If you compare their live and studio tracks you hear obvious differences but its still pretty close. Some bands can barely deliver live what they do on record. Yeah..metal fans..chill....just...chill. just because you listen to an..aggressive brand of music doesn't mean you gotta flip out on everyone that posts a rude comment on a youtube vid solely to piss you off. :P

i love these guys one of y favortie bands for sure but i noticed their progression in the song was faster here than how it is in the album

This song is supposed to be 4 minutes and 30 seconds long they played it in 3 minutes and 40 seconds (minus the 10 second intro)
