I’ve played with and against richie on the Gold Coast. He’s a great guy and a good coach for his team.
Yeah man I saw a lot of his coaching vids and he seems to be loving it
A video on Zac Guildford would fit this format pretty well. Nevertheless, a great video as per usual!
These videos are sick mate, you can't stop winning hey?
Cheers mate!
Pneumonia just means an infection in your lung of some kind. Usually bacteria or viruses. Double pneumonia means both lungs are infected.
Another fascinating deep dive with good graphics thank you. Very unusual to get that sick with pneumonia in his age group but it can present differently in young fit people and they compensate well. (Double pneumonia is not a diagnosis used in medicine. It just means it is in both lungs) I am so pleased, and amazed frankly, that he got back to playing rugby again! What resilience.
Wow thanks for the info! Most of the info there came from a first hand account he gave so I wasn't sure but now you've cleared that up.
Just recovered from pneumonia. I'm a 22 year old male. Took me 3 months, that shit hits different.
@@ecghejh yes it is such a bad thing to suffer. Hope you’re back to normal now.
Yeah I had it as a kid but can't remember much other than needing to rest lots
I remember Kingi from the 7s series, he was a star, unfortunate it didn't turn out well for him.
You can't be that old bro, I've met you 😂
6 month rebab is mental and then to come back to play is insane. I hope he's doing/feeling alright these days
Yeah man crazy aye! But nah he seems to be back to his old self coaching from what I've seen which is great news
Great to hear about these youngsters who went on to professional rugby
Yeah man I'm finding it an interesting look as well!
20 years old and 3 kids...definitely didnt make it easy for himself...
Having 2 kids while I'm in my 30s is busy enough 😂
He went on to have 5 or 6 kids, maybe more now?
Would be funny if you only wear rugby jersey
Chur Maori
I read that 30+ caps as 304 caps and was like oh my god this guy played over 300 matches in 3 years?!
That would have been quite the career!
@@TwoCentsRugby beating AWJ? How have I not heard about this guy???
Three kids by age 20!
Yeah man... and a job and a rugby career!
Beating those difficult times is his world cup... Takes alot, God bless him.
Was a Melbourne Rebels foundation player.
Played with Kingi at Sunnybank, great player and even more amazing as person. He is humble, caring, down to earth, just a super all round human!
Great video, thanks
That's awesome man! Yeah he seems like a top bloke from what I could gather so it's great to hear from someone who actually knows him
This is a good series, there are a number of young players who over the years who have faded away. Knowing their stories is interesting.
Yeah man I thought it's interesting to compare how the careers progressed from players who were highly rated in their youth
Normally this is where we step in and say he lived the life we would have loved, playing top class rugby!! But in his case not so sure! Glad he's ok!
Yeah man crazy story aye
