Have a question though if your having a bad day or not much energy is there any point in doing arm exercises just as you were walking ? A bit like the sprint in this video but a slow pace just to get your steps up ? Or not effective enough
Doing a lighter workout is definitely better than nothing, but if you’re feeling really tired or in pain there is no shame in taking a day off.
