  • Kibbeh recipe is a Lebanese favorite all around, especially in my household. Finely ground lean beef (or lamb) combined with fine bulgur and spices is sandwiched in between a layer of sautéed seven-spiced course ground beef with onions and pine nuts and baked to a beautiful golden brown, Kibbeh bil Sanieh which translates to “Kibbeh in the pan,” is the oven-baked version of Kibbeh #ClaudettesKichen
    Kibbeh Bil Sanieh translates to “kibbeh in a tray” in Arabic. Kibbeh is often served baked, raw or deep fried in Lebanese cuisine.
    Ingredients:
    4 cups of fine bulgur
    1.5 teaspoons of ground all pepper
    1.5 teaspoons of salt
    600 gr. of ground meat
    Half cup of cooking oil
    300 gr. of meat
    2 onions
    1 teaspoon salt
    Half teaspoon of ground all pepper
    Cook the kibbeh on 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes

    ستمئة غرام من اللحم المدقوق

    نصف ملعقة صغيرة من البهار الحلو
    ربع كوب زيت طبخ
    تُطهى الكبة على حرارة مئتين درجة مئوية لمدة ثلاثون دقيقة
