Me impresiona ver cómo se sientan, se ve que es parte de sus vidas sentarse así, otra cosa que me impresiona es que todas estas industrias son rudimentarias y trabajan en el suelo lleno de tierra, sea lo que sea que fabriquen el piso es de tierra, todo muy sucio y contaminado pero en sus ojos se ve que son muy trabajabadores y buenas personas.

I sure enjoy watching your fabrication work on these fuel tanks, lot of blacksmith work involved and that’s old school to me! That’s why I enjoy watching your guys do the preparation and fit ups on these tanks and they’re welding is amazing with no gloves or boots and just a pair of dark glasses! I’d love to know what type of welding rods y’all are using on these tanks, very inspiring to see! I also enjoy watching the laying out, shearing and bending process of the steel! Very educational and inspiring to see and I’m a 37 year on the job welding, fabrication of many tanks and vessels in a certified vessel shop , these guys are amazing at their job! I am constantly amazed by the skills of the fine people in these videos! But I can’t understand why you won’t use a table for standing up while working on projects? It would help your posture tremendously and speed up the work even more. Thank you for the amazing videos !
If you are accustomed to siting on your haunches it doesn't matter. The advantage of working on the floor is you are able to use all four limbs.. Japanese woodworkers too work on the floor.
I think you have to be a Slav or person from Asia... Grow up used to bending posture to understand this is quite natural. In the west its a completely different posture and your joints never get used to bending this way. l. When I was a boy it felt perfectly natural to squat, and I think if I kept it up and worked at my flexibility and mobility and I could still comfortably squat. But now I am old and my joints are bad because of injuries and I never forced them remain supple.....
@G R they have limted space so it is not feasible to put a big table occupying a lot of space. That's why you see videos of workmen in asian countries like india Pakistan wtc working while sitting.

What kind or type of welding rod are they using? Is it something like 7018 or 6010. I’ve been welding my entire life and I’ve never seen welding rod do that good on thin steel
Although these people may not be well-educated, their skills really make them stand out. I am very impressed with the local talent but I also have a complaint from them that they do not show professionalism. For example, in the same video, you can see that a fuel tank was built with great skill, but the inside of the fuel tank was not cleaned and small pieces of metal that had fallen due to welding were not removed. Think for yourself how much damage this thing can do to the main engine.
Why do you assume they aren't well educated? Being a trade person makes you educated. Apparently you have also never heard of a fuel filter. Also let's not forget that the quality of diesel they are using is not up to western standards anyway so that bit of dirt doesn't really matter in the bigger picture.

I've been welding since i was a kid,almost 60 years and I have macular degeneration.I have always used a helmet and gas welding goggles ,never ever even tried the squint method of eye protection. When you can no longer focus on the weld pool you are done. I'd say the tank builder is no more than his late 30's so it won't be long before he has cataracts ,which the US tax payer via the UN will rectify for him at no cost to himself. Pakistan is a nuclear power BTW>.
@@SteveShivik no you still get your face burnt by the welding glare, burns your skin worse than sunburn, I know how that feels being a fabricator for 30 years! It’s a rough job going home every day burnt up! These guys are amazing workers! I’m definitely can appreciate their hard work!
I never knew that the chipmunks was nearby, I’m sure I can hear them talk away. On a serious note though, over in Blighty, we would have jigs for this and that, special formers to make the ends meet, here that they have a hammer and a lot of ingenuity! Well done…
Personally it makes me greatful for all the nice things / clean work environments that we have in the US. Kinda shows you how most of the rest of the world works. You don't need super clean factories or CNC everything to make quality stuff. Just sayin..

Hi to all the people commenting about no benches and working of the floor .. yes we have a different way here in the west .. we work upright and of benches etc .. it’s just the way these guys have been doing for centuries and works best for them , they can work and have to work any terrain ,, jungles outbacks or a ditch in the road .. you can’t change them that’s their work method .. lol I too have been corrupted by the west so when I go back home to Pakistan and I can’t squat sit for a few minutes as my knees ache they all laugh at me 🤣🤣👌🇬🇧😂😂🇬🇧🇬🇧

Как правила в банках скапливается грязь, как их потом промывать, сливной пробки нет! По ходу у них слив топлива не редкость!
Мне кажется они маской сварочной чисто на камеру пользуются а так без неё всегда варят.
Этот бак будет дыра на дыре, что с маской что без маски. А насчет маски - ослепнет один сварщик - возьмут другого такого же, одноразового.

The flux coating on the rod acts like a shielding gas and its most likely a low penetrating 7014 welding rod.

That rust and welding slag is going to make them fuel injectors work really well . Oh and the sand, always working in the sand.

there must be partitions inside the tank. soothes diesel fuel, the fuel does not pump in the tank.

Long welded joint should be on top, less chance of leaks.
True, but it would make the tubes for fuel, fuel return, and venting more awkward to place. Plus it looks better this way.

Мододцы с минимум инструмента сделали бензобак .не мешало бынадно приварить заглушку резбовую чтобы бак промывать!
