When he threw that freshly machined part off the lathe into a pile of freshly machined parts I shrieked. 18:36 I cringed when he hammered the check gauge into the bore, but I lost it when he let the part dropped that part on purpose. What in the absolute hell.
@@gregsutton6258 I don't think he meant that it could break. He probably meant that it would dent the machined surfaces causing other parts to not fit properly. This hub will have two bearings pressed in and a mating brake rotor bolted to the outside. Besides that it is just a really stupid thing to do.
At first I thought they had no regard for safety (barefoot in the mold shop) but then I saw the safety sandals on the pouring floor and realized that I had been wrong.

No ear protection and we used silica sand to blast frames. That stuff made my lungs feel like there was broken glass in them. That and smoking for 45 years and I can barely breathe.
I understand that they can't afford to employ the standards we might be used to but there are a lot of things they could do to improve safety and quality without spending a fortune.

Very hard working guys, no neat ness how the quality & precision is.maintained. ,!!!!!!!
When he threw that freshly machined part off the lathe into a pile of freshly machined parts I shrieked. 18:36
I cringed when he hammered the check gauge into the bore, but I lost it when he let the part dropped that part on purpose. What in the absolute hell.
You do know that in service these parts experience huge force, if they can't stand being dropped on the floor they can't do their job
!

They are steel toe sandals
😂😂😂😂
@@insaneindamembrane7961 o99
Wow, bare basic machines and eyeball engineering.
....yet they git-r-done! 😃
They are using 2 types of sand, chemical bonded new sand for facing and core, rest green sand rammed by feet.
Green sand? Where? I see only gray sand. And it's gray because it's reused. It used to be white, but it burned out already in the molds for pouring.
Ассалам алайкум your works Luck.
using a 4 jaw lathe machine is a skill..u have to center it manually adjusting the 4 jaws individually. I am getting goosebumps all over while the machinist is operating without safety glass.
In China they reach in to the spinning part to pull shavings off. I seent it.
God bless my country man Pakistan zendabad.
The real sad part is, the guy posting these videos on RUclips is making more money off the ad revenue in one month than all of the workers in the factory make in a year, combined.
He might also give them the share as well espeacially single owner shops

@@BipolarAbusiveX So are you, hypocrite.

It Works!
Kudos to him for coming up with an idea when going with it called hard work
This shop does good work.
Good work brother
Amazing and intriguing of what is accomplished to make a living. Be safe in all all y’all do
this is because they do NOT have a trade union that defended their rights (including the right to a high salary and the right to better working conditions)
Glad to see the guy in the Ralph Lauren polo shirt put on his safety flip flops when he's knocking out the casting boxes.....
Everyone is always commenting on the safety or machining work. I'm just wondering about the composition of the metal they are using.
At least it looks like a metal. It is good enough 🙂
Number one quality special price for you today. There is a reason this stuff is cheap compared to the rest, quality is missing.

I totally agree.
I literally want to go work with these guys for a while. For real.
Be fun but couldn't afford to after you realize what they make
Tudo fantástico, verdadeiros guerreiros, parabéns a todos esses trabalhadores....
UR GREAT HO BHAI SALUTE SALUTE 🙏 GOD BLESS YOU
In later life, the lathe operator was known to all as One-Eyed Jack.
This is Hard work, I hope they are paid really good.
I just love the "cheater" bars on every machine tool handle! - and the number of broken and welded handles! And I'm sure that's just water in the squirt bottle. No need for any expensive coolants, when you've got cheater bars to apply the pressure! I trust these hubs are only for off-highway applications, and they don't do any more than 25mph!
these are hubs for tractor and construction machine. They never drive fast.
Wow ,workers with boots!
I would love to set up such a facility here in Africa and any help in terms of advice and hardware suppt I would appreciate so much
Very interested

So amazing video 😍😍😍😍
Love the window formed in the brick work. Quality 👍👍😂

Incredible Skill and Engineering......Diabolical Bricklaying.
This must be a video of all the new employees. Because none of them are blind and most of them have all their toes.
That's why the west going to loose their industrial position soon. Time is going and you are becoming late because you are still looking for your gloves. Im Saudi and Im so sad since we are in the middle of the game relying on our oil. But the west realy on making so don't waste time . Regards
These guys are to be respected...if they were here in the United States, they would be real wealthy!!
Coole Schutzkleidung und Sicherheitsbestimmungen.
Anyone have any idea where they are? Pakistan maybe? Great vid. I wish there was more concern over safety...but then again, I had nearly no safety protection in the body shops. No ear protection and we used silica sand to blast frames. That stuff made my lungs feel like there was broken glass in them. That and smoking for 45 years and I can barely breathe.
Lots of hard working people
I understand that they can't afford to employ the standards we might be used to but there are a lot of things they could do to improve safety and quality without spending a fortune.
Superb job bro 👍👍.
Interested
Love those flip flops
Congratulations, you've made it 1800 America.
I'll bet this is somewhat the same way they machined parts for the old steam locomotives, we've advanced over the years but some countries use what they have !?!?!?
