Same that submit plans for condos with the slab loaded to 99% right from the very first minute or made an alpha sensor disagreement light an optional feature while a poorly programed system accepted corrupted data deflecting the stab to no sense angles, overriding the pilot and killing people not once but twice, and failed miserably to hide the scandal. А потом видишь это видео на ютубе, где в гараже плавят чермет парни в шлёпках, где литейную форму утрамбовывают ногами, где токарь возможно думает что штангенциркуль это какойто зверёк, и всё это на станках прошлого столетия... Я уж молчу что большинство работы выполняются традиционно на кортах.
Да и состав металла у них всегда разный, поскольку плавят все подряд, без хим анализа. Про термообработку вообще молчу, где их ОТК? Сколько прослужит их изделия? Они конечно молодцы, работают.... Но....

Ага. Один подшипник повезло установлен был с натягом, а со второй стороны зашёл на легках. Не удивлюсь, если он был сделан этими же индусами с такой же точностью. И в конце покрасили, чтоб ничего не было видно. В том году покупал опорные подушки на Калину - одни тоже были покрашены прям по резине. Решил лучше взять оригинальные ВАЗ - там не было крашено. Там на удивление было всё сделано аккуратно и качество было видно на лицо. По сей день всё с ними нормально.
А потом производитель такий и говорит, мы не предполагаем замену ступичных подшипников отдельно без ступицы, потому что при замене вне завода невозможно обеспечить точную установку подшипника в ступице 🤣. Покупайте оригинальную ступицу в сборе с подшипниками

Oh my God, that pyramid of parts sitting behind them... And the sheer amount of time it took to turn one hub. I found a 1980s Mori Seiki SL-2 CNC lathe on eBay for like $5k. Surely the owner has that kind of money. They would only need like 500$ worth of tooling for this job.

Nah, thats just part of the fixturing. All those holes are job specific. I'm half joking, the kid did seem to rotate the table to a certain hole that aligned with his operation. It was hard to watch him tap those holes raw dog though. I don't know what he dipped that tap in, but it sounded like he would have been better off spitting on it.
Real men wear them in the winter as well just by adding a pair of socks and in extreme conditions a plastic bag over the socks for waterproofing and thermal insulation.

if you're going to do repetitious operations, make some tools that take the guesswork of positioning, drill jigs etc. and buy a tapping head. having the right tools pays for itself in the long run both in speed and productivity.
I badly want to send that boy a decent chuck and key with some decent drills and taps. That job would be so much easier. I very much admire the skills of these people.
It might help if he didn't let the tools drop out the chuck and hit the table every time. These guys have zero skill, just parrot fashion, on the job training. They have no understanding of what they're actually trying to achieve.
After watching these videos I wonder if these people are incentivize to make the process as inefficient as possible. By not making improvements they are locking themselves into a life of poverty.

Техника безопасности ни к черту, но кто их там считает ) а так вполне отработанная и эффективная для своего времени технология выпускающая годные изделия для своего назначения . Или кто то думает что ступицу для колеса прицепа в который может быть вообще ишак запряжен надо фрезеровать из титана на станках чпу ....

У нас перед началом любых работ сперва проводят инструктаж по ТБ, и только затем допускают к работе. Ну неужели им никто не объяснил что при работе за станком нужно беречь глаза в первую очередь, ну так трудно догадаться что надо одеть очки?
У них трудом, практически, бесплатный. И много желающих занять место.
