A guy I use to work with told me about a summer job when he was younger. He and a friend had to chop up 27 miles of railroad rail into 27-inch pieces for the shredder at the scrap yard. He said they went through 2 huge tanks of acetylene per day. He worked all summer and still didn't finish the pile off.
That's where they made their mistake. - "Real full time scrap yards (and Steel Mills and big fab shops) use natural gas and have liquid oxygen tanks. The worst thing they could have done is use propane (In 1000# tanks) NO $$$$$$$ acetylene

отверстие нужно ввариваеш квадрат см4.сверху глушеш .у основания на 1см от плоскости отверстия по кругу .когда накрываешь через них жар и запах огня намного вкуснее еда .есть и такой и такой как написал лучше.
А самое главное европейцы вынесли все свои тяжелые и вредные производства в Китай, Индию, Пакистан, Африку и считают что от этого они стали супер зелеными, только вот продукцию то этих производств они потребляют. 🤣😂

А уж есть там операторы или в таком гараже клепают, есть там детский труд или нет, их не волнует, главное чтобы на входе было максимально дешево и потом максимально дорого продать. Фольцваген движки под Лугой для всей европы собирал, потом возил в германию где ставил клеймо и привозил обратно на сборку машин, за эту манипуляцию цена двигателя вырастала на 250-300%. Вот вся суть европейского бизнеса. Если бы они это все производили у себя, то имели бы копеечные доходы и зарплаты.
Interesting note that when the guys were loading the wheelbarrow at around 13:26 or so, the flat piece of metal with who knows what was on the top of it - all got put into the fire. I like the assortment at 20:20, everything from engine parts to the discarded kitchen mixer. They must use all of the alloys at the same time. I even saw an outboard motor lower half being chucked into the furnace.

Just goes to show that hard work never hurt anyone. These guys believe in completing a job and doing it well. Over here in the states there are so many people that believe that if they're not getting twenty or thirty dollars an hour they wouldn't do these jobs. I totally applaud these guys for a job done in a timely manner and as safe as possible.

We all know that there's no workers comp, unions or workers rights there. I'm sure that for every one injured/killed on the job. There's 40 others standing outside waiting to fill his position.
