For those on a budget I would recommend the Tecno Pova 2. I bought one for the kids. I was quite satisfied with it that I bought another one to give as a gift to our longtime employee who's been good to us. Got each phone for about $144. The camera isn't super great but it's quite acceptable. I also actually prefer this kind of textured plastic back because it's resistant to hairline scratches that's common with glossy plastic, as well as shattering that is common with glass backs. I hope more phone makers do this kind of textured plastic back.
I wanted to buy a phone no more than N200k and it was so difficult getting a review like this tailor made for the Nigerian Market. So big ups to you for this. Although I ended up buying the Samsung A72 you can still do a video on phones within the N200k range. Thanks

So for me an honorable mention will be the Redmi 5 also on Jumia. It might be old but it's better than average if you compare it to this list in terms of performance. Just saying...😏
