You've given a great review; however, the sound of this instrument is subpar, and even with bells and whistles like Bluetooth, etc. the quality of the sound is akin to a toy piano. If you have any experience with a piano, midi, or otherwise, this is not a piano for you. The price point is enticing, but it is true, you get what you pay for. I immediately sent mine right back.

I spent hours looking online and they are all not for this piano. Mine also has different letters and numbers on it. Can't find model number either. It is very frustrating... Please help
I had the exact same issue that some keys didn’t work occasionally. I had the piano for about a week but decided to send it back for that reason as I was afraid that it would have become worse. Otherwise I think a great piano for beginners, especially in that price range 👍🏻

Hmm sorry to say, but the samples are awful. Sounds like with permanent distortion DSP. Better spend a bit more and buy a Yamaha E373 or a Korg EK5
