Recently bought a piano off you guys and the 3 pedal sustain doesn’t work. How do I fix this?

Please don't say weighted in the thumbnail caption if you only mean "semi-weighted", which is just sprung really. Thousands (or maybe millions) of us RUclipsrs are waiting for a more portable weighted piano, and this isn't it.

Hmm sorry to say, but the samples are awful. Sounds like with permanent distortion DSP. Better spend a bit more and buy a Yamaha E373 or a Korg EK5

I have this -- it arrived. Sadly -- to me -- the instructions are almost useless. Please please please do a better job of making it clear. How hard can that be for the manufacture- please. I would pay more if you had good instructions. Please do better!

I got the same kit except I took 10 extra seconds to download clone hero on the MacBook and I use this kit as my guitar hero drums clone hero you actually get to have tournaments and all that still not only that is that you can upload your own songs it's way funner rocking out on guitar hero is basically just like reading sheet music except in the New Age reading a live tab lol instead of the book but yeah this kid to two minutes plug it right into the MacBook checked the symbols and since there isn't a high hat one in guitar hero you're able to use the other pedal it's just your double bass pedal so you can play expert plus super fun chasing this little beateress petals around the floor in the living room

You've given a great review; however, the sound of this instrument is subpar, and even with bells and whistles like Bluetooth, etc. the quality of the sound is akin to a toy piano. If you have any experience with a piano, midi, or otherwise, this is not a piano for you. The price point is enticing, but it is true, you get what you pay for. I immediately sent mine right back.

I know the apps mentioned at 00:21 are probably not yours, but it's pretty disappointing that after you download some of them, they ask you to pay money. Some of the others ARE pretty good though.
