Ok. Now how do you answer a incoming call??? Ford 2012 f-150.

After pairing your phone with your Sync System you should be able to push the green phone button on the steering wheel to answer an incoming call.

When I push the voice button my radio changes stations !!!!!

That's because on the right hand side of the voice button is the media button and it changes from fm to am to serius to cd etc. and to push the voice button, push the button to the left hand side
