There's nothing better than cooking fresh caught fish for family. I would have to add some diced fresh or pickled jalapenos and smoke the fish with crab boil seasoning on it.

I really like the recipe, just wish it had been written down in the description section so I could copy it down instead of stopping, and starting the video over and over trying to understand the ingredients and amounts. Great video, would love to have more Cajun recipe videos if you don`t mind. Thanks.

Thank you so much for posting this! Made it! It was great definitely passing this on to my fishing friends! What really got me was when you got the Picapeppa sauce! I've been using that stuff for years!!

Looks good!! You can put that picapeppa sauce on top of a block of cream cheese and nail it back with some frito scoops.

I just made it. Followed recipe but had to sub tiger sauce for pickapeppa and sweet and spicy mustard for Creole mustard and sweet paprika for smoked paprika. Was still dang good! I am not a patient man either Stone. Was good warm!

To make it even easier, put some Vinegar into your water for boiling Eggs, the vinegar keeps your egg shells from sticking to your eggs when you peel them.

I'm not a big mayo fan, but this looks delicious. I could always substitute mayo w/ ranch or sour cream or cream cheese...
