Waterdrops Effect using 2 Parts Resin
Steps:
1. Mix your part A and part B
2. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes to thicken
3. Make irregular drops on your mold
4. Let it cure completely for at least 6-12 hours (do it at night time so they're ready in the morning)
5. Brush with mica powder
6. Pour dark color resin. Not necessarily black. You can use other dark colors.
7. Let it cure
8. Demold

They have a lovely depth and look very pretty in those colours. It's great that Sharlin (apologies if i have remembered her name wrong) from Tea and Art has inspired so many other resin artists. If all content creators did this, everyone would get credit for their work. It's important, especially when also asking for financial support from your viewers. I watch a lot of artists online, and 99% are happy to credit the artist that inspired them, and even link to other channels. I'm sorry too if this is not happening for your OC, Ejoy. 🙏

Hi. I’m buying my materials but I have to get it from Amazon because it’s quicker. We don’t have shopee in our country. I been watching all of your videos. Love them all. Once I get the hang of it than I’ll do other things. Do you always have to do a 3:1 ratio? I’m just to figure out how do you how much you need. For example if your doing the keychains like you did for class and you did 33. How would you know how many A and B your using?

My favorite brand of resin to use right now is 3:1 ratio that's why.
You should always follow the instructions on your resin brand, if it says 2:1, do so, to have better result.
I usually measure the mold with water to know how many grams I'll be needing to fill them up. You can also write the measurements on the back of your molds so you don't have to measure again and again.

im your fan from sri lanka. im also doing resin letters. and can you explain me how you overcome bubble. i also used isopropyl alcohol but after that mist like somthing mat remaining top of the letters all the time. so i cant use that. plz hrlp me

Hi.. i found your work so amazing and i tried this technique but my drops just separated from the mould after curing only and during brushing the rest came off. I did it anyway but it came out blotchy. What can be the reason? Did i overcured them ? I cured for 4 mins. Some of them had bubbles when i took them out and some were tacky also.
