I think I may be using a different computer than you, because I can't find Roaming. The User's file within Users is not there either. I'm using an Nvidia computer, is there a different order for that kind?
The AppData path is hidden by default (it is a system used path) - in search menu from start menu type > %appdata% and hit enter. (or edit file/folder options and check "show hidden files, folders, and drives"
Does increasing the limit to just 350 work?

This location is for steam users, try looking in all the folders with in the user, try looking for users/ app data or look in my documents
