- Curacao and Nicaragua played an elimination game on the International side of the bracket in the 2022 Little League World Series. The winner would advance to play Mexico in a game that decides who faces Asia-Pacific in the International Championship Game on Saturday.

Kid is gonna be a stud at a high level one day. Everything he does is silky smooth. His swing, his glove, and his arm are already well above his age
@@christopherwhitman8147 agreed fellas he moved eons more professionally than everyone else in the tournament. Went to watch them play yesterday and the kid is literally already a mini professional not much for him to work on. 200iq, scoops everything, lightning transfers, great footwork, hits lasers & actually a really good leader. He moves like a major league shortstop at age 12..
no one gonna talk about the kid on the nicaragua team hitting that far homerun yesterday and then another bomb against 78 mph, hes a stud too.
That kid is a disrespectful punk with his poor behavior and sportsmanship.

Curacao would have never played Hawaii since they'd lose to Taiwan.

u must focus on the game at hand, switching pitchers could of changed the whole momentum, coach played his cards right in my books

Every Curacao Kid that stood out in the history of the LLWS has made it to the BIGS or had at least signed with a Major League team.
The Last time Curacao was in Williamsport, We played the finals against the US. There was a kid named Curley Martha that was a star of that tournament. He’s about to sign for a
very big amount with the Texas Rangers this year.

Don’t wrry. We got Zaino Everett as the Manager. You will understand soon. Curacao is Different. Our Blood is different. The world doesn’t understand that this team from Curacao comes from the same neighborhood in Curacao. There is only 20k people in this neighborhood and yet we keep. Going to the LLWS. And have the most wins ever. And now we got the most passionate baseball guy ever in this neighborhood managing the curacao team. This guys has been coaching for 2 years and has gone undefeated for 2 years straight in our local league. Thats never happened before in a country where baseball is our main sport. Please pay attention to the coach also.

The kid celebrates too much with a triple, the 3rd baseman is just standing there waiting for the kid to stand up so his feet won't be touching the base, and tags him out.

I don't blame the kid much for that one. I blame the 3B coach, who taught him to celebrate first and ask for time second, rather than the other way around. The coach looked offended that the 3rd Baseman would be so rude as to tag him while he's celebrating.

They were up 7-1, and they've shown they can beat teams with other pitchers. Just doesn't make sense to me, unless they know the weather will be bad on Sunday...
@@nathanbinder5900 Curaçao use Davey-Jay bear Nicaragua 2:0 inthe opening games, then they lost 3:9 to Panama, Panama lost to Taipei 0:7，then eliminated by Nicaragua. The International group has many good teams, but every team seems have one Ace pitcher to use. It seems someone reminded the coach to replace Davey, but coach body language showed he want Davey to stay. Maybe he used his No. 2 pitcher in last game, and try to preserve No 3. pitcher next day. The rule is 20 pitches for a pitcher to work for next day, and Nicaragua has 5 man out still, need a good closer to finish it but may not use next day, so the coach has to think my other pitchers(No. 4, No. 5….) could hold Nicaragua guys to fight back. The coach chose to win now, and prepared next game.
@@nathanbinder5900 I have checked Curaçao pitchers, two had used facing Canada, not available. No 7 is available but scheduled to pitch Mexico, he did thrown about 75 pitches today. #1 #5 #15 were available, but all has bad ERA in this tournament, so the coach didn’t want to take chance use #7 in afraid of over 20 pitches and causing no Ace to facing Mexico.
So dumb to not pull that kid. By their thinking, they have two more pitchers who can win them the LLWS...Why not put them in to pitch 20 pitches per? If you think they would have messed up that big of a league then they definitely not going to win you the chip.
