If you want to know more about the new SRAM groupset, I've also done a full rundown video called 'Everything You Need To Know About the New 2023 SRAM Force' . You can watch it here: ruclips.net/video/wRM6Ksj2M9c/видео.html
Bike is sick but personally I’d appreciate if you would give a list of those absolute bangers playing in the background. Shazam is not picking the last one up unfortunately. And if I can’t have the bike, at least give me the music! :))
The bike looks beautiful and those 30C "bronze"-wall make a huge contribution on any bike, love them and pretty much the fastest all-season tires right now. Congrats to the owner!
This is my dream bike. I am an avid fan of durability and speed. That SRAM Grouoset goes well with that titanium frame for me too. Soon I will buold something like that but using a Lynskey framr.
Very nice work Jimmi ! The timing is very good, many times bike build vids are going too fast or too slow on certain part but this one is pretty amazing for that !
Nice! Love the build, love the video quality, love the music! Now if you just didn’t have to worry about pulling the pegs out of the tool wall when you grabbed a tool. 😂 FRANCIS!
Great video! What’s even greater is that I have that exact bike, and I have the same groupset and a pair of Zipps and GP 5000 transparent primed to be put on it soon! (Okay, it’s the previous Force and 302’s but I’m incredibly excited to get it all sorted!
I could literally watch this for hours, what a great build! Nic's sequence of putting it together, the very organised way of working, excellent camera work, the pace of the video, the music and quality of production 👍🏼 And this titanium bike is just 😻
I have a SRAM Force 1 groupset on my cyclo-cross bike, I would put it up against Campag or Shimano equivalents like Chorus and Ultegra, faultless shifting 😊
Love the new studio but you guys need more sound proofing...lots of echoes and everything he does just sounds very loud. Besides that it's great! LOVE THAT BIKE!!!!! Cheers guys
Are those tubes hydroformed? BTW, do you reduce the torque setting on the wrench to minimum before storing? I think they lose calibration faster if they stay above minimum for long periods.
Beside the outlandish price of high grade Ti... Qualities of titanium include: Outstanding corrosion resistance Superior strength-to-weight ratios Low density High heat-resistance High heat transfer capability Very good oxidation capabilities High melting point Low elasticity module Excellent erosion resistance Low thermal expansion coefficient
Spent about 500 miles on it and so far so good. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxMesz3KOGEmwmvyKQfLfrRSUXLFzfVHZA Pros:1. Very light2. Solid quality build3. Fast delivery: It arrived 5 weeks earlier than expected.4. Easy assemblyJust a few cons but nothing major:1. Cheap tin tubes and had flat on first day... but not a big deal. I replaced the tubes.2. Seat is a bit uncomfortable but that's pretty much the same situation with most bikes.3. Seat post is a bit long/high for a smaller size 48 bike - had to saw 2 inch off to fit properly. The lowest setting is too high. The post locking system does not seem to hold well (perhaps because I saw 2 inch off).4. wheels are not tubeless compatible (from what I can tell)
Great video. Who built the frame? Also, just to clarify, do you guys have any business relationship with SRAM or it's distributors? When you did LTwoo there was more of an ???, I can't tell if you are genuinely excited or genuinely excited + part of a marketing roll-out. Neither is bad but if it is the latter, a note in the comments would be appropriate. You guys have every right to have sponsorship as long as it is transparent.
Nic owns Backyard Bike Shop. I film videos of bikes that Nic builds for his customers and for himself. Nic of course has a relationship with Sram as he sells their parts, along with all the other manufacturers. He’a not tied to any one company or distributor. RE L-Twoo - I assume you mean the video on Cade Media?
@@Jimmidoesstuff Yes. Assuming it is all one umbrella now. Did not mean to be harsh. I am rooting for you. I like the video and just want to know when something is an add, which on RUclips is very hard.
@@andarenbici why of course. Cade Media and my channel are consumer focused. We don’t make videos for brands. We make the things we think people want to watch. And with that in mind we think it’s always important to sign post why we are using a particular product - if the product has been provided as part of a relationship. If anything this channel (not Cade Media) you could argue is sponsored by Backyard Bike Shop as they supply me with bikes to shoot.
The L-Twoo ‘genuinely excited’ comment: do you mean in the Mailbox Monday video on Cade Media? If so, we paid full price with the L-Twoo and have no relationship with them. I’m all for brands that disrupt the big players. So am honesty wanting more, smaller, brands coming through. It forces the big players to have to work for their money, rather than it be a given.
Very nice build. Despite the obvious change in aesthetics I do wonder how the weight of new Force compares to old Force/Rival or if SRAM are just trying to tempt us in with shiny things
Not to be an ass, but the little tool holders on the wall seem ....budget...in comparison to the top-shelf tools they are holding. 5:09 Can't you and Francis reach out to Park Tools once more? :D

What frame set is this? Great video and build 👌
The most therapeutic thing I've watched all day.
That's just... beautiful. I'd go for a brown saddle and bar tape and then it would be divine.
This bike is INSANE! 😍
Have heard Nic mention his passion for titanium bikes a few times. Would be nice to see a review of this or other suggested titanium bikes 😊
What is it that is so satisfying about watching a bike being put together
Sick build. The new sram force goes especially well with a titanium frame and zipp finishing kit. Drooling.
That sram force group fits incredibly well with the titanium goddamn! Sick build
That looks like a carbon bike shape but in titanium form. Wow.
Amasing nice frame - i love the lid under the bottom bracket and even seems to have build in cable routing inside the bottom bracket 🙂very cool
At 9:55 you can see that the person is wearing a Grand Seiko, great watches, always. Good choice, mate whichever the GS, is.

What a beautiful bike. Great video. Keep them coming. Bike builds are my favourite way of wasting my time.
finally a flawless proper build with a finishing kit that fits !
The bike looks beautiful and those 30C "bronze"-wall make a huge contribution on any bike, love them and pretty much the fastest all-season tires right now.

That's bloody gorgeous 😍
Lots of satisfying click, clacks and thonks. They are a sweet looking frame set. 👌
This is a piece of art 👌
Such an impressive build by an experienced and talented mechanic.
I really liked what they did with the plate on the BB shell for the cable routing that was cool.
most satisfying video of the year
Nice build and nice wristwatch Nic 👌
El titanio nunca muere!!! Bonita bici. 👍🏻
Carbon es mejor pero... titanio es refinado!
I came for the SRAM group but I was fascinated with the Frame
Wow~TITANIUM BIKE👍👍👍👍👍
Stunning and Timeless ❤
Didn't expect to see a Dutch brand on here, nice! 👍
No? Nic sells a lot of them.
By far my favourite brand. Got to embrace my Dutch heritage 🙌🏽
Ya ain't much if ya ain't Dutch!!
That guy Nic - doesn't say much does he...
Nice build & Nice Bike > cheers
LOL!
Very good editing 🤣

Nick is the best bike builder in the business 10/10, catch up soon
Love me some titanium! Beautiful build! Subbed!
BTW, we need to see more Ti!
perfect
great video! loved the editing and overall vibe! you earned my sub :D
Thanks!
I have just rebuilt my 2016 Orient with the old Force 1 AXS etap, and I think it looks quite nice, but the new frames re awesome!
I know this is an old video but what is the spray Nic uses at the end, could do with something like that for my Ti frame? Lovely build by the way!
Perfect
That is a special frame indeed! Super sexy lines.
Great build Jimmi, what grease do you use for the threads? Is it titanium specific?
Beautiful! 🙌🏾❤️
How much does it weigh?
beautiful .... did I miss the part where he bled the brakes?
My dream 😊😊
Nothing better than Ti ! I put a carbon seat post on mine. Much nicer ride. Sram is nothing but the best!
Louis Theroux has gotten pretty good at assembling bikes!
Bici importante accattivante bene❤fatta con della testa artigiana!

Lovely build, lovingly shot. But Nic used a Shimano hose cutter at 06:44 so this is literally unwatchable 😜
Sshhhh. Don’t tell anyone.
Beautiful! Why does everybody crazy about titanium?
Not sure to be honest.
Maybe because it's a frame that will outlive you, that doesn't need film protection and that is not as harsh as the carbon ones

Can I also ask what you sprayed onto the frame at the end Jimmi? I sometimes use furniture polish as mentioned by Jan of JG.
Some kind of ceramic coating. You’d need to ask, Nic.
@@Jimmidoesstuff Who's Nic!??!! 🙂
Nice Arnie on the wrist
How much does it weigh!? The bike looks amazing. I wanna hear about it
8 something or other.
It’s 8.6kg. Could drop a fair amount of weight with a carbon seatpost and 303’s instead of the 404’s. The bar and stem is fairly heavy as well.
@@nicvieri2627 Clearly not your bike with a 2x
@4:20 where’s the copper grease?
What's the antisieze/grease/assembly compound being used?
A parktools one.
музыка в конце прикольная!
pure Ti 😍
What is the weight of that build and what size frame?
if you don't mind me asking, how long does it take to build a bike from out of the box?
Depends on the complexity. Between 2 and 8 hours. But it’s much quicker if I’m not filming Nic.
3hrs max
Is this the crank with the disposable power meter
I think so 😱😱😱
Wow....my rotors didn't slide on that easily at all!
Jesus christ these components would be such a nice match on my Black glitter Cervelo Soloist.
What size Orient frameset is that?

What is the saddle make?
Droooool.

8.6kg. Loads of room to get it lighter. The Ti seaport doesn’t help at all. 🤣 But I wouldn’t change it for anything
