This recipe is absolutely amazing! But I want to ask that my oven is not big,I think I could bake 12 cupcakes each time.So can I bake three times?Will it rise normally? My English isn't really good so I hope you can understand and answer! :)
Thanks Hani! No I don't know the exact size as I don't have the packaging any more - I actually have a few different sizes that I use depending on my cupcake patties but this is the one I use the most. It's medium(?) in size compared to my others ; )
Haniela's yes it's always good to have a few different ones if you bake a lot and different cupcake mixtures rise differently as well. If you want to test the scoops use all different sizes in one tray & bake to see which one raises the way you like and then you'll know for next time ; )

Yes it's ok! Just don't take to long between batches as soon as one's done have the other batch ready to go in and so on. The last batch may rise slightly differently as you may not have 12 cupcakes left and the heat may distribute slightly differently (with my experience anyway)

It looks smaller as the one I have, I need to look for a better scoop, I think mine is way too big.

What would you convert the butter onto, 2 cups? And same with the sugar, how much do you use
flour- 4 cups
butter- 1 cup less 2 tbsp
sugar- 1 3/4 cup plus 1/8 of a cup, ( 1/8 is half of 1/4)
