    I’ve made a number of your recipes & you’re literally my favorite creator. I recently had major surgery, which is keeping me out of the kitchen, but I can’t wait to make up for lost time! - (I hope you are also happy & self caring. The amount of content that you produce is impressive, but can also be stressful. Know that you’re appreciated & cared about, & there is zero shame in needing to self love. 🌻)

    Just made my own, was EXTREMELY tasty and flavorful. Added some minced garlic and ginger which made it extra tasty. Highly recommend and thank you for this lovely recipe!

      Why are so many people using TOFU in vegetarian/vegan recipes for this??! I’ve been a vegetarian for 33 years and I never cook or order food with tofu. It has the worst texture and it sure as hell doesn’t add any nice flavor. The only thing it does is add protein, so people seem to automatically add it because they think that we are going to die if a recipe doesn’t have a ton of protein in it. It’s ridiculous. I just want to find a recipe that uses mushrooms and vegetables instead of using tofu as a base for the filling. Ugh.
      And that “broth” looks terrible!

    Hello ! I’m from India & I found your channel yesterday. I’ve been watching all the videos since then. All the dishes look so yummy 🤤 Will probably try to make panang curry tomorrow. I wanted to make wontons but we don’t get wrappers here in the supermarket.
    Can you please please post an easy recipe where we can learn how to make the wonton dough with simple ingredients which can be easily found in any country. Since we don’t get wheat starch & stuff so easily available here.

      It's called Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Stir-Fry sauce. Some brands market it as mushroom flavored sauce as well. Please adjust the taste accordingly.

    Nice but same problem as always with veggie wontons, there is no chewiness and the ingredients are not solidified together like the meet version. The texture just isn't the same

      Have you tried adding tvp? It helps with the texture.
