Seonkyoung, I am in New York and we just had a huge snowstorm. On my way home from school yesterday, I saw you uploaded this video so I decided to go to the grocery store and purchase the ingredients I needed. I made the soup this afternoon and my family LOVED IT. I know you said it would be enough wontons and soup, but honestly I think I might have to double the recipe because my entire family wanted seconds!! Absolutely delicious and perfect for the snow day. I think I might add some chili oil and lemongrass the next time I make it!

My wife said that your description of the soup was 탱글탱글해 that she described as kind of chewy like not hard but not soft. She said the she would describe rice cake 떡 as 탱글탱글해.
She has a hard time trying to explain it in English also.
And now I have to make it this week. She is Korean but somehow I am going to be the cook….. 🤣

I think you might want to think about opening up your own Asian Market and a bonus for you will be able to find ever ingredient you want or need for your recipes making it easier for you to make new videos. You could even make and sale hot food if you wanted too. Having your family still over sea should make it easier to find framers for both veggies and meats and helping you find good and reliable distributors until it grows and then you can be your own distributor. I think you would be great at that. All you would need is a accountant. You would be able to finded and get any ingredients you want or need. If I was you that is what I would do. Sorry for a sooning you would want to opening up a store. I want a little over the edge for a minute and I am very sorry for that. If by any chance you would want to open a store I think you would be great at it and if you did serve hot food like a deli I am sure the food would be delicious and sale out ever day. Let me know how you feel about all this
