Have you thought about pulling or pushing the door panel out? It might be worth having this one door done by a professional body person who as all the experience and tools to get that low spot brought up or at least get their opinion?
Those are old school cragar style wheels with Shelby center caps. 14 inch. My brother bought them many years ago for a 68 mustang project. No idea where he found them. He passed before he could finish the project. I made sure to snag those wheels. Sentimental value.

1/2" of bondo is nothng. Fill it. Just kidding, replace that door.
