ONANOFF - Unity Forma Configurator

Collaborative project between Unity, Onanoff and Visionaries 777 in order to create a state of the Art 3D product configurator using Unity Forma Solution.
The Challenges
Create a seemless pipeline from CAD to 3D real-time for ONANOFF headphone company. With the minimum amount of efforts on manual 3D editing but rather focusing on the ability to create product configuration and color variations.
The Advantages
The integration of PIXYZ plugin into Forma enables instant CAD file import into Unity. Allowing the artist to focus on the material creation, look and feel of the product reducing drastically the lead time to create high quality interactive product configurator.
The Solution
Using Unity Forma we delivered fully interactive and configurable ONANOFF headphones. Two environment settings are available, a standard studio lighting and an immersive office environment. Based on our configurator, Forma Render enables to export high quality and high resolution marketing images for web or print usage. Finally the configurator is available in Cloud Streaming and WebGL versions for the ONANOFF website.
The Result
A total of 5 fully configurable headphones have been prepared and going live on the ONANOFF website.
