Fun Fact...You can connect two antiprism Boxes. Build the first box in the clockwise direction. Then build the other box in the counter clockwise direction and before closing the second box take the flaps and insert them into the slots of the first box and twist in... Neat!

OMG I tried it and loved the second time I did it. First time my crease across the twist didn’t go far enough. It so on the second one. I am going to use them for earrings that I make and sell. Thank you for another great tutorial.

Made the two variations with caleidoscopic paper, starting patterned or plain side up. The resulting boxes are very different, but both look stunning.

I made some of these boxes out of construction cardboard to hold treats for my parrots. The different planes of the box have bemused my parrots as the corners are not usual.

You can read more about it here: origamiusa.org/thefold/article/diagrams-twist-antiprism-box or on Wikipedia: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antiprism but beware, the descriptions are quite mathematical.

In essence, it's a way to promote videos that will go online soon. Plus, when the video goes online, I'd be there, too, so we can chat about it while watching. You can read more about it here: support.google.com/youtube/answer/9080341
