Does Purple Dot build houses for people on their own plots?
Good job! I'm so impressed.
Asante Kelvin na Alex.
The house design are very good.
When are you building this in Kitengela or Syokimau?
My 😮 God ! I had no idea we had this level of work in Kenya. Previously I've only seen overpriced ugly houses. I'm am shocked! No Kikuyu Gothic in sight !
Beautiful houses!
can anyone bless me with the house. It really looks very nice.
Let me book mine before they are complete
Is there a discount if someone is paying cash please? And is it freehold or Leasehold? Thank you.
Those houses are absolutely lovely price??
The only problem might be flooding
Watu hutoa pesa wapi that is my greatest concern ndio sisi pia tuifuate huko
If you earn in foreign currency that's very little. A house like that in the diaspora costs a fortune that's why it's very affordable for Kenyans in diaspora to buy back at home.
@@christineopiyo7769 thank you for the deep insights
Jitume mzee uache maswali
No gutters?
How much is this house?
I just don't want to see those thorny trees. I am scared already...
It seems you are a minority. The homes are selling like hot cake
That kind is very friendly.
Don't sell that house. That one is mine. Please. Thank you.
Your target diaspora period not local
locals don't like this? I think there are some rich Kenyans that would like the house.
Contrary to your thinking, it's locals we live there. Just pass by there around 6.15am in the morning & it's locals you'll see going to work & school buses picking up their children to school.
Poor design unfortunately
That depends on the individual, all people can't like the same thing
