Spring Valley and Loresho are very lovely places to live. A lot of hidden gems. Love the houses and the slow pace of living. Almost vintage but without the blandness of some areas in Muthaiga, Runda, and Karen.
I love seeing properties in the market and never have I been satisfied before like this time....this is my dream house. If I had it I wouldn't change a thing.❤
The overall layout is great, love the spaces worth every penny. With a good interior designer this house is pure gold plus the location. For this home, I lack any negatives

It's like a not so little piece of paradise in the big city. I absolutely love it. Normally I prefer modern designs but this looks so homey and comfortable. Design is very charming and the grounds layout is nice; added plus with swimming pool, parking, garden and calming surroundings. However, the roof, flooring, windows, appliances, kitchen, majority of the plastering, cabrio, tiling, faucets, etc will need major updating and repairs. One is definitely paying for the Location. Hopefully, the owner will be amenable for offers as the price point is bit exaggerated.
